Cleanliness of the room. There were Bobby pins on the floor (not ours), red stuff all over the wall. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well. Stains in the carpet. Checking was easy and front desk clerk was very polite.

The room was dirty and old. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were terrible. I don’t think the balcony has ever been cleaned by the amount of cobwebs everywhere.

The staff was courteous, the room was not clean, the floor needed to be vacuumed, and the bathroom floor mopped. There was food on the floor and dirty spots on the tile. Breakfast was okay with waffles and cereal. The bed was comfortable.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Fitness center was pathetic, not at all like the website pictures depicted. Minimal, and I mean minimal, selection of dumbbells. May not be a big deal to some, but that is what I base my stay off of. Breakfast was hardly edible. I get it’s hotel food, but the processed cheese on the eggs was disgusting.
