The kitchen is a breath of fresh air, fully supplied with all the tools you may need, including Keurig, instant pot, slow cooker, toaster, and hand mixer. Comfortable dining area with custom built in seating and storage. The master bedroom has king bed with blackout curtains where you're certain to get a good nights sleep before adventuring! Have kids? We know how important privacy is on a vacation. That's why we offer a self check in that allow you the flexibility of keeping your own schedule and the ease of checking in whenever works best for you. We are also close by and available for anything you might need.

This home is in a cute residential neighborhood south of campus that will allow you to be extremely close to all activities / attractions, while being comfortable and able to unwind.

Backyard and main floor / upstairs is completely private spaces. There is a mother in law apartment rented separately downstairs.

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the entrance to the basement suite.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
