Apartment 'Montana Amor' with Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

In the heart of Prutz, Tyrol, the Montana Amor holiday apartment welcomes you in a freshly renovated 55 m² apartment from the 1960s. The cozy accommodation offers space for up to four guests: there is one bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed and a beautiful view of the Kaunertal valley, as well as a spacious living room with kitchen and a 180 cm double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub/shower and toilet. In the entrance area, you will find a wardrobe. Wi-Fi, TV in both sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen and seating are available for you.



Enjoy the magnificent view of Laudegg Castle in Ladis and the surrounding mountain panorama from your private balcony with seating. The quiet location offers relaxation and is an ideal starting point for outdoor activities.



There is a communal parking space at the house. The apartment is on the second floor and only accessible by stairs, so it is not barrier-free. Pets are not allowed to accommodate allergy sufferers. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony, and events are not allowed. Families and couples are warmly welcome.



Your hosts live on site (not in the booked apartment) and look forward to your visit. Thanks to the central location, you can reach the village center with bakery, café, restaurant, bar, pizzeria and supermarket in five minutes on foot. The accommodation is in the border triangle near South Tyrol (Italy) and Samnaun (Switzerland). A swimming pool is three minutes away by car, a lake five minutes, the Fendels cable car five minutes. The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area can be reached in 25 minutes, Nauders in 40 minutes. The indoor pool in Feichten is 15 minutes away and the Kaunertal glacier 50 minutes. Innsbruck is about an hour away. Shopping facilities are also nearby.
