We waited about 20 minutes (with another couple who said they had been there for 10-15 minutes) outside a locked lobby door with a sign on it saying "Be back soon". My daughter has just gotten out of the hospital and couldn't take being in the car any longer so it was tough having to hear her cry because she just wanted to lay down due to the pain. I'm not sure what the young man was doing but he finally walked from the gas station next door and opened the door. He was rude to the other couple, then me. The door has to be forced open and was difficult to shut. There was an elevated area just inside the door that I wasn't expecting so twisted my ankle and fell when I tried to help her to the bed. I liked the hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Plenty of juices and milk. There were pancakes but I didn't get any.

When we first got there i recieved a 100.00 charge to my capital one card for no reason. Our first room the bed was broke and on the floor. The second room smelled like cat piss and dirty feet the third room was in fair shape except the toilet was clogged up when we first got there.
