Welcome to your home away from home! This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom short-term rental property is the perfect place to stay during your next vacation. Located just 5 minutes from a gorgeous reservoir, you'll have easy access to all the water activities you could dream of, including stand up paddleboarding.

Inside the house, you'll find a comfortable living area with plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining area comfortably seats eight, making it perfect for family meals or game night with friends.

Each of the three bedrooms has been thoughtfully decorated with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, while the other two bedrooms have a queen-size bed and two twin beds. All the beds are made up with luxurious linens and bedding to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

When it's time to freshen up, there are two full bathrooms with showers and plenty of fresh towels for your convenience. The house also comes with a washer and dryer, so you can pack light and still have fresh clothes throughout your stay.

Spacious and lovely

I was surprised at how large and nice the home was. The kitchen and living room area was very big and open. The bedrooms were all bigger than we were expecting. The garage and the laundry facilities were also great to have. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and nice. The yard was nothing special, but it snowed so we didn’t want to be out there anyway. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Visiting family

The condo was very clean and in a really nice neighborhood. My only complaints is the condo echoed quite a bit due to the high ceilings and hard floors. Other than that, the host was very accommodating, as my family and I arrived VERY early in the morning and we were able to check in immediately. Also, they were very responsive for any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and cute decor

This was a perfect location for my family as we were in town for state fair activities. I would note that it’s not as well stocked as some other VRBOs we’ve stayed in (no kitchen food items or shower soaps.) And if you do have a 7th person just know they’ll be on the couch. Overall a fantastic stay and we will stay here again next year if it’s available!

A lot to be desired

Closet in master, locked with cleaning supplies, towels wet upon use prior to showering, 0 clocks throughout house. 6 hangers in 3 closets, had to purchase. Manager ordered some. Dumpster in garage full of trash and smelling. Patio furniture in garage, we were told if we wanted to use it, carry out and then put back. Garage door opener not working, manager sent neighbor handyman, who we got to know, due to numerous times of it not workin including morning we left. Handyman had c clamped it open so we could get the car out. The furniture is very uncomfortable, requiring pillows to sit on. There aren't instructions for thermostat, tv, remotes...etc. The manager had sponges sent to the house. The beds and showers were great. Be careful of towel racks in brs. Sent these issues to the manager upon early departure, due to all the issues. 0 response from him.

Very Nice Place to Stay

I booked this duplex on very last minute notice as an in between stay between Las Vegas and Denver. We wanted to see the area and visit the Royal Gorge which was only a 30 minute drive. The property was very clean and comfortable. My kids and I got to experience a long thunder and lightning storm during our stay which I didn’t even know was going in until I opened the door. Being from CA, we don’t get storms like those. The neighborhood was very quiet and I love how all the properties are spread out. There is a Wal-Mart right down the street that had everything we needed for our home cooked meals. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I’m ever in the area. Nathan, our host, was very quick to respond with any questions I had with the property. Thank you Nathan for a very pleasant stay at your property.
