LA TORRETTA is a beautiful, high-quality gallery apartment on two floors (3rd and 4th), ideal for two people, completely renovated, furnished with love and offers a
breathtaking lake view to Sirmione.
Ideal for a relaxing holiday, home office with a fantastic view or an active holiday
with hikes or bike rides in the beautiful surroundings.
A riding stable is also in the immediate vicinity.
The bright apartment is accessible via an elevator.
A large pool is available all year round, including two sun loungers and a parasol.
The residential complex is very well maintained, in a quiet location.
The front door takes you into the large living room with a closed wardrobe,
large L-couch, large flat screen TV (with international programs) and soundbar,
a large dining table (200 x 90), fully equipped kitchen with oven, four ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machines (German coffee machine and Nespresso), kettle and toaster.
From the living room you can access the cozy south-facing balcony with two rattan armchairs including cushions, a small table and an electric sun awning.
With a view over the well-kept complex, the beautiful pool, the olive grove to Lake Garda
you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun or your evening Aperol Spritz with a view of the twinkling lights.
Behind the kitchen there is a small hallway with a closet equipped with:
Cleaning utensils, ironing board and iron, as well as a drying rack.
Through the hallway you reach the completely renovated bathroom, equipped with:
