Taxis, food delivery and catering are close and fast. We are easy to find, closer to town and popular areas, restaurants and beaches. Other homes in Las Conchas can be as far as 5 to 7 miles farther.
The SIX store has all basic foods, beer and ice. It is a must to dine at the new full-service restaurant, Los Patrones, next to the SIX store, serving excellent food and delivery in Las Conchas. All this is walking distance, maybe 2 blocks. One Car parking in back of home. Trailers will have to be parked at the Guard Gate. You will find yourself coming back to enjoy the pleasure this Suite offers as often as you can.
