Aventura on hiljattain remontoitu ranta edessä huoneisto, jossa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta - makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja kylpyamme, toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Kolmas makuuhuone on queen-vuode, oma sisäänkäynti ja oma kylpyhuone. Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, mikroaaltouuni ja leivänpaahdin. Olohuoneessa on queen-size-vuodesohva ja takka (tuo oma puu tai palo lokit). Muita palveluja ovat WiFi Internet ja Vonage puhelinpalvelu, Keski-ilmastointi, satelliitti-tv, sisäänrakennettu hiiligrilli, ranta edessä patio huonekaluilla ja kaksi auton autotalli. Omistajan pyynnöstä Tupakointi sisätiloissa ja ei lemmikkejä. Lakanat ja yksi kylpypyyhkeistä on säädetty. 2 yötä minimi viikolla; 3 yötä vähintään viikonloppuisin maaliskuussa, huhtikuussa, touko, kesäkuu ja lokakuu sekä kaikki lomat
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Miradorin ranta. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 3 kylpyhuonetta.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was awesome. We had 5 people and had plenty of space. It was so nice that we had 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen had most things you need and they had beach towels! Beds are comfortable, fans aren’t squeaky (I’m crazy about fans :) ) the beach is right out the back door and mannys was super close. Definitely recommend and I will be staying here again for sure.

We also had a few lights not working and Oceano came on Monday and fixed the problem. The sliding glass door is a big issue! It needs yo be replaced!! The curtains in the living room are discusting!Over all we really like the condo and the location is ghe best in RP!!See you next year!

No towels either. When we called the manager was condescending and rude , made me feel like we have done it. We come from Arizona believe me we know how to use the Ac ,who wants to go on vacation to be hot ! Plus this is our 3rd stay and we never had issue before.Not even an apology! Love the property management has to go!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was not newly remodeled as in dicated on the website. If you enjoy family time in the evening this is not for you. Condo sleeps six but can seat about 2 in the living room. Bedroom closet doors rusted won't open and close. Walls need some care, please replace the nasty curtains. For what it cost to rent this condo I was extremely unhappy.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year in a row. Staying for 6 or more nights each stay. Very disappointed to see the same old run down couch. Couch is the only sitting in living room. Shower not useable in master bedroom due to shower head on wrong wall. Sprays water all over the floor. Microwave turntable doesn’t work. Burner light stays on stove when burners not on. Future rentals need to be advised of construction going on next door. Chimney on roof is falling down. Advise no fire inside fireplace. If furniture was updated we would stay again or refer friends. This was not worth the holiday premium we paid to stay here.
