I would definitely vacation at the Crown Paradise again as we stayed at the Crown P Golden for Adults on the same property of the Crown P club for Families.... an awesome week for sure and thanks to the great staff for making us feel welcome..

This was our third stay at Crown Paradise Golden and we will definitely go back. We love being right on the beach and being able to walk the beach into Puerta Vallarta. The a la carte restaurants are all great and it is easy to get dinner reservations. The staff are friendly and helpful. We love this resort!

Good Food, Facilities need some help

This was our third stay since 2019 at the Paradise Golden. This place has good value but the facilities are starting to show some age - peeling paint on building in many places and many pool tiles missing. The roof top infinity pool was underfilled the day we used it and not skimming so it was quite cloudy water. Overall the food is good especially in the night restaurants. Bottles of decent wine are reasonably priced. Room was good but sparsely furnished and we had a drip over our sink from a leak in the floor above that staff didn't seem to care much about hearing.

I was initially worried about some of the negative reviews, but I had a great time here. Yes the building is a little older and could use some updating, but we never had any issues with something not working or not being available. The service more than made up for any negatives. They were quick with drinks, the food was great both in the buffett and al la carte restaurants. It was easy to book excursions, and we were close enough to the the Romantic Zone to get to the more touristy spots.

When we first arrived (4pm on our day of check-in) they did not have a room available for us at our resort. They put us in a room at the neighboring family resort. The room did have a king-sized bed and a balcony, but had mold on the window and in the kitchenette, temperamental plumbing, and a very uncomfortable mattress. The following day, they did have a room for us at the resort and were able to give us an upgrade which we appreciated. The check-in process was very inefficient, however. We talked with other guests who had experiences similar to ours. That said, our upgraded room was very nice and comfortable. The wait staff, cleaning staff, bartenders and entertainment staff were all wonderful! The resort is showing its age, but we still had a good time for the remainder of our visit.

It is a nice hotel on the beach with good dining options. Overall it is clean and feels safe. Staff was courteous and English speaking. Check in can take a very long time, though, as the hotel had only one desk person on duty at a busy time.

Booked for three days/nights at the property. The hotel requires a sign up system to get internet and dining experiences but for entire first day/night we were told we weren’t in the system and would need to wait for the next day to gain access to the dining options and therefore could not book any dinner reservations. Although, we were given the workers access code for the internet. The buffet was available but all hot food was cold. It seemed like everything was taken from the freezer and put under hot lamps. Drinks were very underwhelming. Wait staff appeared to be understaffed as the only time we were asked to be served was within the last 30 minutes of our stay. Second night went to the French restaurant were the food on the menu was not what we were served. Both the beef and mahi mahi options were describe as different garnishes but we were served the same thing just a fish and meat options which both were cold. A bartender was present but we weren’t asked what we wanted to drink as we were only given the speciality drink. All said and done at an all inclusive we ate four times within the resort but had to eat out afterwards every time. Left after the second night to which our bands were cut and never asked why we checked out so early.

Property is older and could use updating. Staff were absolutely terrific - from the servers to the concierges to the front door staff - all working hard to please us.food was very good. The French restaurant was our favorite!
