Our stay overall was okay,The room was in good condition and housekeeping, came each day and cleaned the room and the beds, so that was nice. But there were notable things that could have been improved. The water took a long time to heat up in the shower and sometimes it didn’t heat up at all.All the “hot”tubs were lukewarm and extremely busy. The staff were great but overall the pool was so busy we didn’t get chairs for 2 days during our stay. Lastly all the food at the restaurants was mostly cold and lacked quality and flavor. This was our first experience here.

I had high hopes and was very disappointed. bathtub had no drain to hold water, no pool service you would wait hours with no service unless you go up to bar. Garbage and empty cups everywhere, no snacks unless scheduled meals. Fighting for chairs that would sit empty all day with towels and no body in sight.

Tower 6 has the best pool, it's in the sun all day. Snack bars have better food than the buffet. Towels can be hard to come by, don't wait to get fresh towels. The beach had best service (thanks Susana). Morning buffet is busy at 10am and dinner buffet is busy at 8pm.

We spent almost a week at Delta Marriot and were shocked it received so many 5-star reviews! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and my daughter loved having so many pools to choose from, but overall the entire experience was just ok. The food at the two buffets was hit or miss, with a few items being delicious, but most things were meh. The exception was the taco truck and beach restaurant. We were excited to try the tappanyaki restaurant and made a reservation as soon as we checked in, but for whatever reason the front desk clerk didn't actually make the reservation, so we were turned away when we showed up at our designated day/time. The property itself is built on a hill, which means A LOT of walking up hill in the heat & humidity. There are golf carts, which were a wonderful ammenity, but you typically only got picked up from the lobby at the bottom of the hill and we were in the tower at the top of the property, so rarely made it to the lobby. At first glance the facilities appear well-maintained, but if you look closer you see issues. Several public bathroom door locks were missing; our shower head was detached from the ceiling by about an inch; two of our lights didn't work and one of them had a layer of dust on the frame; a giant dead moth hung out in one of our elevators for over 24 hours, leaving me wondering how often things were cleaned; and one of our bath towels was frayed all around the edges and had a hole in one corner. We won't return.

We stayed at this resort as a family with our 10-year-old at the end of December, and we had a really enjoyable time. We were genuinely surprised by the number of pools on the property — there are many of them, most are heated, and they were very pleasant. The food was great, and the staff were always polite, helpful, and welcoming. The beach club was also excellent, and it’s only about 10 minutes away with a dedicated shuttle bus, which made it very convenient. The only negative part of our stay was the pullout sofa bed in the room, which was meant for our child. Our king-size bed was very comfortable, but the pullout mattress was terrible — extremely thin, and you could feel the springs directly through it with almost no cushioning. We had to call the front desk, and they brought a thick blanket to place on top, otherwise our child wouldn’t have been able to sleep on it. Honestly, I’m not sure why such a nice resort with great amenities would have such a cheap pullout mattress. We also spoke to other guests and it wasn’t just us — others had the same issue. Other than that, we really loved our stay. The resort is very green, feels private, and is very family-friendly. This is one of the few places where we can honestly say we would love to come back and stay again.

We had an excellent stay at this resort and would absolutely come back. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and exactly what you want from an all-inclusive—relaxing, comfortable, and easy to enjoy from day one. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay great. You never felt like just another guest. A special shout-out to Benny at the Xaman Bar. He was outstanding. Friendly, professional, and always in a great mood, Benny made some of the best drinks we had all week and remembered what we liked without even asking. He single-handedly turned the Xaman Bar into one of our favorite spots at the resort. The kind of bartender who makes you want to come back the next day—and the next. Overall, fantastic service, great atmosphere, and a staff that truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Great resort for families or anyone who doesn’t want to head into the town of PV. Not a great resort for people in their 20s. no poolside entertainment or many events hosted by the resort. there was kareoke night and bingo but those were the only two events the whole week. No airport transfers and tough and expensive to get an uber or Cab from the resort. the pools were the highlight , so many to choose from and loved the lazy river. There were only 3 main restaurants and then a pool snack and taco cart and a pantry open 24/7 but it only had soups sandwiches and cereal. They did have a soft serve ice cream machine that we loved but otherwise the food was very repetitive and nothing to write home about. the staff were very friendly we loved manuel at the lobby bar. The pools closed at 9 lazy river and waterslide at 6 and the bars near the pool closed early aswell. not much night life there more of a family resort. Also be prepared to walk as each building is far from the restaurants pools lobby etc.
