Hole in the wall to outside. No hot water. Stains on all the walls. Nothing like the pictures on the website. Ended up leaving after one night and both the hotel and Expedia wouldn't refund are money.

Can't believe this property is rated 9, 2. Rooms smells on mold, most of the rooms are without windows. The only room that was available with windows was the cheaper ones, but we took it. Bugs, in the bathroom, waiting for 10 minutes for hot water. The only positive side of the hotel is the staff.

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel from the minute I checked in to the minute I left. The rooms are very remedial and have not had any updates since who knows when. There is only one air conditioner in the bedroom which drips condensation on your head at night while you sleep. The other areas stay very warm. There was no blanket nor face cloths. Seems like basic necessities but I'm told they don't even have face cloths. Ok, a minor inconvenience. I was also informed that some rooms have trouble with the hot water. My shower had hot water however it lasted about 3 minutes before it went to a trickle. Water pressure was already very low. So if you need more than 3 minutes, you'll be taking a cold shower for sure! The noise level is extremely high as well. There is construction right next door which goes from 7a-7p. On top of that it is a very busy area with lots of traffic. There are many people walking and talking as well as vendors yelling non-stop. This was not a relaxing experience to say the least. The only positive I can say is the location is great. Everything is walkable without the need for a car. Other than that, not much going for it.

Super amazing staff. Very sincere and kind. The hotel want exactly like pics, but few are…PV is awesome and if you’ve never been go. Nothing to complain about with this hotel. Super basic, needs some love and a good fluff up!

Beto at the front desk was great! Room was artfully decorated but lacking some of the basics that are usually provided. No window, no wash rags, no hair dryer, and no towel rack. The pool and pool area were nice and location is very good, close to bars, restaurants and shopping.

Great value

Nice family owned hotel in the heart of puerto vallarta Zona Romantica, everything at walking distance from sitdown restaurants to taco stands and pharmacy. The staff and owner are extremely friendly, the amenities and the rooms are clean and have a beutiful view of the old town from the balconies. My wife and I stayed here for 9 days and we greatly reccomend it.

My room was on the street side. Saturday night never got quiet. 6am each day the Carnita stand started prepping each day. No hot water in the morning. However, the room was a full 2 room studio with 2 bathrooms. And the staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. For the price, this was a good place to be. Ninfa at the front desk was the best. She provided lots of information and was very attentive to our needs. She truly is the shining star of the hotel. We will be back again!!

Stayed March 8-15. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff is excellent and very friendly. The property is clean but could use a coat of paint and some TLC but that didn’t affect our stay at all. Our room was very basic which was fine but it didn’t have any shelving or a dresser and that would have been handy for organizing our clothes. Water coolers on every floor was very nice to have, and the pool and breakfast area on the 2nd floor was nice. Norma cooks a very nice breakfast and is very friendly. I enjoyed watching the condo construction site across the street when we ate breakfast, while others didn’t like the noise from the construction which starts about 8 am (except for Sunday), I didn’t mind it so much and there is nothing the hotel can do about that-PV is constantly changing/growing Overall we would definitely recommend the Hotel Pueblito PV for the great location and affordability. It’s great value for the money and we plan to return next winter.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, great location near Basilio Badillo. Master suite is large and bed was very comfortable. Hot water in the shower was a battle for a few days and was fixed. Construction in the neighborhood but not too noisy after 5pm. Nice area around the pool for sun bathing or eating breakfast. Will go back again
