Very modern up to date room. 2 night stay with my son. I didn’t rent a car, but if i did not sure of where i would have parked because of location. Beds were very comfortable. Only issue i had were the many many steps to get to this hotel. Obviously not wheelchair friendly. Other than that great room with a great view. Few blocks from the ocean

Beautiful view with wall to wall windows to the balcony. Be prepared to climb some steps, but to.be honest, the area is so authentic it makes you want to walk everywhere!

The room offered a panaramic view of the ocean and hillside. It had all around glass windows with a terrace. I could see the Malecon boardwalk-literally walk out the hotel driveway and 90 seconds later..on the Malecon! Very convenientz. Heart of downtown, malecon, romatica zone all steps away! The staff was friendly. Located in the hillside, takes 60 stairs from the street to the hotel entrance...then 38 additional stairs to get to my beautiful room! So be ready for 100 stairs!! No elevator, not for individuals with limit mobility or differently abled. But what a view!! I would stay there again.

The main reason why we selected this hotel was that there is someone who can help you and have contact with. The location is quiet, close to everything. You’ll have to climb some steps. The place feels personal, charming and quiet. The common area is very inviting and peaceful. And the terrace has a wonderful view. The room was very clean, shower with hot water no issues at all, clean linens and towels. Juan (who is there from 8:00am-5:00pm) is super kind and friendly, with excellent communication since the beginning to the end. Juan kept our suitcases after checkout without a problem so we could enjoy PV some more hours and before leaving they gave us a charger that we left in the room. We would be back no doubt. To have Juan there makes a big difference vs. some other places where you only rent the place.

The room was clean we had a beautiful ocean view staff and service were always kind and helpful the only bad thing is going up so many stairs it wasn’t easy to Cary my baby up and for my mother in law to walk them other then that everything else was great

Nice room with excellent a/c & view from room 7 is fantastic~ be aware it is 90 steep steps from the street below this hotel to this room high above the city~ adequate hand rails along stairs most of the way~ after five days I am in much better shape but do not come here unprepared for stairs ! Common area has K-cup coffee maker that did not work for me the entire time ~ I was away from the room all day so seldom anyone around at lobby desk when I came or left
