Great location and nice clean hotel. The staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Breakfast included was a nice touch. The pool was small but refreshing. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent hotel to stay at in puerto vallarta. We had a medical issue during our stay and the staff went out of there way to help us. The location is near to shopping and a beautiful walk along the beach. I would definitely go back.

Great location: beach is just a min away and Starbucks is in the same building. I like their white and wood-tone modern style. No ocean view but a lot of choice of rooms and heated pool are bonus.

It's a nice hotel, very centrally located at the start of the Malecon. The rooms are clean, spacious, well-appointed; the staff are lovely, friendly, courteous, helpful. The interior courtyard is especially pleasant. There are some very good food options and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk (avoid the places right on the Malecon). We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and would recommend it. There are two areas where the hotel isn't ideal: - the rooms are not soundproofed at all, and one hears other guests in neighboring rooms and in the halls (as well as street noise at night) - the food available in the restaurant (breakfast/lunch) is not very good

Staff were great and stay was good, until we went to go collect bags - after we had already checked out - and they told us that we owed them another $500MX for some stains on bed sheets earlier in the week - traveling with small kids, the white bed sheets got dirty but nothing that wouldn't be expected with a 9 days stay or wouldn't come out in the wash and felt like a complete scam. Terrible way to end a stay.

Loft Hotel Pros: great location on Malecon. Water dispensers at each floor. Complimentary coffee. Rooms spacious, & clean (depending on room/cleaning lady?). Great desk staff friendly/helpful & some speak English. Pool is smallish but really nice. Lots of open air seating near pool. When I asked to switch rooms after first night, they accomodated me. Cons: My room was at corner near Morelos was super noisy due to vehicles & blaring car music/city tour music. I switched rooms for an inferior 'inside room'. Waaaaay more quiet. But 2nd room wasn't cleaned properly (dirty around sink & tap handle was off & clearly visible). No soap bars or shampoo (I had to ask). The safe was locked shut so I had ask & wait for someone to come & open/reset it so I could use it. The toilet seat was ready to fall off, the lid keeps falling down. I'm shocked the cleaning lady either didn't notice or didn't care about those obvious issues & not remedy them or notify a supervisor ahead of me moving in. Also, after 1st flush the toilet tank stopped filling with water. Had to have someone fix & replace a part. People were pretty good about helping when asked, but each time I'd have to wait yet again for a fix... obvious issues should just be taken care of. This is my 2nd time here, and not sure if I'd come back...or I'd be very specific when booking. In-room wifi very patchy.

The location was a 10/10 and the room we reserved was beautiful and clean with great views. We had a couple of hiccups but the front desk quickly resolved them. I would definitely consider the loft again for my next trip to Puerto Vallarta.

On the onset, the staff was efficient and friendly, check-in was a breeze. I was very happy with the room, the loft configuration worked really well and was well appointed. I was particularly happy with the quality of the bed linens and pillows. I stayed two weeks at the Loft and was very happy with my choice.

The room was clean but the hallway noise and construction noise was beyond terrible and the woman checking us in appeared annoyed with pretty much every guest. Not helpful. Said there was no airport shuttle even though it is clearly marked on hotels.com then absolutely uncaring that we were having difficulty finding a cab for so early the next morning. I wouldn’t stay there again.
