房間乾淨寬敞，停車位多，周遭餐廳多，櫃檯親切講解清楚，會事先提醒入住細節，淋浴的水量充足且溫度夠熱，地磚踩起來很舒服，大廳有24小時飲料及小點心，每層樓有飲水機，冰水很冰超讚（要等一開始幾秒的溫水流掉），以後來埔里會回來住。
