We had a fantastic vacation at Catalonia Punta Cana! The resort is absolutely beautiful with plenty of seating available on the beach. The food was overall pretty good—some nights were better than others—but the Japanese and Italian restaurants were outstanding and definitely worth a visit! We didn't care for the steakhouse and the pizza place had a very hard time keeping pizza avaliable during lunch hours. The buffet had sushi on Wednesday night! About 95% of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Raidon and Elizabeth at the beach bar near the crepes station on the Privileged side—they were amazing! They served us the entire vacation, remembered our names and drink orders, and made us feel truly special. The beach night party was so much fun. The entertainment team is great! The staff work so hard here and absolutely deserve to be tipped for their excellent service. We will definitely be coming back!

The hotel was really good and everything where so close, the beach the pool the restaurants/buffe. They cleaned our room every day. The restaurants foods were really good. Mostly the Italian one😊 There was a place at the beach that you could walk and it was amazing.

The hotel, staff and amenities was excellent. Beautiful place clean, close to the airport. What i didn't like was the beach, the beach it self was nice, but it doesn't have a place to swim, to much sea weed everywhere. But we saw some cute fish.

1)Cockroach in the bathroom. 2)toilet wouldn’t flush and we were told not to use toilet paper. After our second morning, called again to have it fixed. Finally after over 24 hours, it flushed. 3)DIRTY DIAPERS under the bunk beds! DISGUSTING! 4)didn’t get half of the room service we ordered. 5)housekeeping came ONE time…diapers still there, and sheets not changed. Also toilet wasn’t cleaned, it was still super gross from not being able to flush for over 24 hours. 6)paid for a “privileged delux junior suite”, and there was nothing “delux” or “privileged” about it. 7)when going to make formal complaints at check out, I was told by the assistant manager Dislenny, that I had to write an email. I will never stay here again, and will absolutely not recommend this resort to anyone.

Employees are amazing. Everyone is very helpful. Food is fantastic. All rooms are walking distance to the beach. Bartenders were very energetic & made the atmosphere a fun place to be.

It was a huge inconvenience, having to walk to the gate to get off the resort. The staff was difficult at times and inattentive. The online platform for room service did not work. Having to go to the front desk to get service is an inconvenience but better than calling the desk.

The property should be better lighted, room decor is outdated, TV work in some days, my nieces TV did not work at all. Clothes are overpriced, italian restaurant food was horrible. Should have better entertainment.
