Our space offers a unique experience through its meticulous attention to detail. From the exclusive décor curated by the owners to the thoughtful amenities creating a warm and distinctive ambiance, every aspect has been carefully considered to offer an unforgettable stay. The proximity to the vibrant Hard Rock Hotel lobby from the terrace and amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, king-size beds in the primary room, queen-size in the secondary, and ceiling fans in all areas make this space truly exceptional.

Comfort is a priority for us. We strive to ensure every guest feels at home from the moment they arrive. The extremely comfortable beds, the availability of bed linens, beach towels, and internal use towels, along with air conditioning in all areas, ensure a relaxing stay. Furthermore, the fully equipped kitchen and the proximity to attractions within the complex, such as the pool, beach club, tennis and golf courts, provide opportunities for enjoyment and relaxation, offering a complete experience during their stay.

Guests will have access to all areas of the residence, some activities may require extra charges or, as in the case of the beach club, a minimum consumption.

The property comes stocked with bed linens, beach towels, and internal use towels, ensuring a worry-free stay. The building boasts an incredible pool, while Cana Bay complex offers access to a beach club, tennis courts, golf, padel, and an array of attractions for an unforgettable vacation experience.

-ELECTRICITY

The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. The air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment:

• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.

• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.

• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.

We will require a cash deposit ranging from $50 to $200 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights booked.

The pick-up service at the airport has a cost of 45 dollars each way and if you want the round trip you will have a special price of 80 dollars.
