Hei! Olen Lorenzo, omistaja Villa Can Nico. Ja tämä huvila pelasti henkeni.

Tarinan lyhyt versio: Olin matkalla töihin eräänä aamuna, kun terävät kivut ampuivat rintaani läpi, ilmoittaen sydänkohtauksesta. Myöhemmin lääkärini suositti voimakkaasti lopettamaan stressaavan työni tai riskin sydänkohtauksesta # 2. Kuuntelin!

Siksi muutimme unelmakodimme meren rannalla ja Punta Canan golfkentältä - joka on rakennettu omien arkkitehtonisten suunnitelmiemme perusteella - paikkaan, jonka jaamme muiden kanssa: Villa Can Nico.

Rannamme

Vieraat kertovat meille, että Punta Canan lomakeskuksen yksityiset rannat ovat hämmästyttäviä, ja he ovatkin! Täältä tahansa olemme löytäneet rantoja, jotka ovat rauhallisia, rauhallisia ja melkein tyhjiä. Ja yksi ranta, Playa Serena, sijaitsee vain 300 metrin päässä Villa Can Nicosta. Villa Can Nico – A Week We’ll Never ForgetWhat an incredible week our family had at Villa Can Nico. The accommodations were comfortable, the weather was perfect but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional staff, led by Julianna, Felix, and Maria. Their hospitality set the tone from the moment we arrived. It began with a warm welcome at the front door and continued every single day of our stay. They went above and beyond—holding our baby while we ate, getting coconuts off the trees for our grandkids to try, engaging with every member of our group, and taking care of anything we needed. If we ran out of something, it magically appeared in the refrigerator the next day. Their kindness and attention made the house feel like home. The location of Villa Can Nico couldn’t be better—just 10 minutes from the airport, making travel easy and stress‑free. We traveled with four children under seven and eight adults. Not having to rent cars and mess with car seatHere are some of our highlights: Indigenous Eyes Ecological Reserve, Dinner at Brasso, Meals at the Villa, Beach Club, Spa Treatments, Golf Courses, and the Dolphin Experience. Villa Can Nico gave our family the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and genuine care. We left with full hearts and memories we will be talking about for years. We have traveled as a group to Hawaii, Cabo, and Costa Rica. Punta Cana and Villa Can Nico was hands down everyone’s favorite. We will definitely be back!

You're probably looking at all the reviews and wondering if this villa is too good to be true. It isn't. Just book it.The space is genuinely special — a beautiful indoor/outdoor flow that makes the whole property feel like it breathes. There's plenty of room for everyone, whether you want to lounge by the pool, play games, or just let the kids run around. It never feels crowded no matter how many people you bring.But what really elevates this place is the people. Lorenzo sets a tone from the moment you boo that is completely calming — attentive without being intrusive, and always responsive when you need something. The concierge service takes care of everything from excursions to airport pickups, so you arrive and immediately stop thinking about logistics. That alone is worth it.Then there's Juliana in the kitchen, along with Mara and Felix, who make everything run beautifully. The food, the timing, the little details — it all just works. There is nothing quite like gathering with family and friends by the pool knowing that everything is taken care of.Relaxing and easy from start to finish. Just book it.

This stay was absolutely perfect for our group of 10 adults and 3 babies. The villa was comfortable and spacious, the common areas were large enough to fit all of us comfortably. The staff of Lorenc, Juliana, Maria and Felix were extremely easy to work with and made our stay stress free. Perhaps the highlight of the stay was the food - each meal was restaurant quality. It was varied and delicious, especially the amazing desserts. We felt like family by the end of our trip and are already talking about going back next year!

My family of 10 spent a wonderful Christmas week here. The villa is large and spacious. It is located on a golf course and easy walk to the club house with beach restaurants and large pool. The staff (Juliana Felix and Maria were wonderful. Available when needed but not hovering. We particularly enjoyed the Cenote swimming at indigenous Eyes and the petting zoo and bird watching at Punta Cana ecological preserve. All of these are very nearby. We will probably come back sometime!

Everyone should have a Lorenzo in their lives. He responses quickly and everything was just as he said it would be. The whole stay was magnificent because of Lorenzo, the staff and the Villa. Just perfect! We are a family of six adults and six grandchildren. We take our family away every two years at Thanksgiving and we started this tradition 8 years ago and this was the best! BARBARA

Wonderful House in Punta Cana

My family (5 adults, 4 kids) met in Punta Cana and stayed at this lovely house for a week in June. We had a blast. The accommodations were perfect and as described—and very clean. The pool was a great place to hang out every day. And we loved and appreciated the hospitality of Lorenzo, Felix, Juliana, and Maria who made our stay feel like we had come to visit extended family. The Caribbean Sea was full of seaweed, but we made the most of our beach stay anyway.

Amazing vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa and cannot say enough great things about it! Lorenzo and his team, Juliana, Felix and Maria, truly made our vacation memorable and treated us like royalty. Highly recommend you have your meals there as we could not imagine any restaurant would have been better. The food was excellent and plentiful. The location is awesome and we discovered everything motoring around in the golf cart. Be sure to go to the ecological reserve, which is located within the resort and less than 10 minutes by golf cart. Many thanks for an unforgettable vacation!!

Punta Cana Family Trip

Took the family to Punta Cana, with kids from 12 years old to grandparents of 70 years old, and this was the perfect place. The house is gorgeous and everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. The house is super open, bright and airy, something that the pictures can’t describe. The staff on site are amazing and took care of everything for us, from golf carts, breakfast, dinner and even fixing a dress strap that broke. Unbelievable experience and this is definitely a place I would come back to.

Family Trip

This property was the best for our family. Location was perfect for several outings and just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Our host was always very quick to respond to our questions. The house staff were exceptional. So blessed to spend our time there.

Amazing Vacation

If I could give Villa Can Nico 6 stars I would. It was exactly as represented on VRBO (better actually) and everything from start to finish was outstanding. The owner, Lorenzo, we prompt in responding to all our questions before and during the trip. Our transportation was waiting for us when we arrived and took us right to the house. The house and property were beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. The beds were comfy and bedrooms were spacious. The veranda where we spent most of our time was very relaxing and comfy. We had our meals there and played games there at night. And then there were Juliana, Felix and Maria who did everything for us. We wanted for nothing. Fresh coffee was ready every morning at 7:30. When cooking they were very willing and gracious at accommodating our group members who had food allergies. Meals were delicious and plentiful, especially Juliana's paella! Our room were cleaned everyday and ready for us in the evening.We visited for two weeks, were totally spoiled, and did not want to leave. I would like to go back right now, actually!Thank you, Lorenzo, Juliana, Felix and Maria for a wonderful stay at what felt like home away from home.

Perfect Vacation

We stayed at Lorenzo‘s property for a week and had a terrific vacation. Lorenzo met us the first day we arrived and he was there to send us off when we left a week later. The house is as described. The location of the property is excellent, a short walk to the beach/ golf resort, where there’s a pool, a beach and services. The staff is excellent. Juliana, Felix and Maria took great care of us. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and work hard to prepare delicious meals. Overall a perfect vacation.

Better that any All Inclusive

The Villa is in an excellent location, not only for being within the Punta Cana resort, but also very close to the clubhouse and the beach. I loved the location. It was a great choice to stay at Villa Can Nico. The owner Lorenzo and the collaborators Juliana, Felix and Maria are excellent people. The vacation turned out just as we expected, a quiet vacation to enjoy Punta Cana with the family. Breakfast and dinner were moments that we enjoyed as a family with the delicious dishes that Juliana, Felix and Maria prepared for us, everything was delicious. The concierge team offered us various activities and the trips from the airport to the resort were very punctual and comfortable. Without doubt, if we return to Punta Cana, we will return with Lorenzo and his team.

La Cana Family stay

My three-generation family of ten spent a marvelous and memorable week-long stay at Villa Can Nico. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Lorenzo was a most gracious and accommodating host. The house was meticulous, open and well-laid out, very convenient to the La Cana club facilities and golf. Chef Juliana and her staff met us upon arrival and saw to our every need throughout our visit. They grocery shopped for us and provided scrumptious breakfasts and dinners each day. Maid service was also provided daily. The grandkids loved the outdoor living room and dining room next to the pool. A more formal indoor living and dining area was also available for use during inclement weather but we never had to use it. Golf carts allowed us to access anywhere within the resort without needing a car.

Relaxing Retreat

This was one of the best family vacations that we’ve taken. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and relaxed. The house was well appointed and the staff was just wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious! And the entire resort just beautiful. Lorenzo the owner could not have been more hospitable. If we ever go back to the Dominican Republuc we would stay there again!

All It Says & More

The property is exactly what it says and more. We visited with our 4 kids who range from 24 to 19 to 13 to 10. The space was very big and clean and was way more than enough for our family. I am 6'5 and 3 of our 4 kids are over 6 feet tall. It is easy for us to feel cramped in certain spaces but never here. The ride from the airport may have been 10 minutes at most. In fact, the airport seems to be part of the resort in which the home sits but we never once heard any airplanes which was wonderful. The property is maybe a 2 minute golf cart ride from the main clubhouse of the La Can Beach resort where the beach is located. My oldest two boys and I played golf every day. The house sits adjacent to the first tee box of the Tortuga Nine Holes at the La Cana Golf Course. We also traveled to play Teeth of the Dog about an hour away and Punta Espada which is about 30 minutes away. Lorenzo the owner our tee times at La Cana and Corales which are sister properties and set us up with a concierge group who made our tee times at the other locations. Lorenzo the owner is great at communication. Always responded quickly and we ask probably 1,000 questions. He never was annoyed but always was very helpful. The staff are unbelievable. Juliana, Maria, and Felix make you feel like family. The food was so plentiful and delicious. We could never eat it all. Overall cannot recommend the home enough.

Absolute Perfection

I have stayed in over 40 houses and this one is a top contender. The staff at this house truly makes you feel like family the moment you get their. The cooking, cleaning and service was second to none. Juliana, Felix and Maria made us feel like royalty. You will not be disappointed. I already booked my return trip in July, that the impression they left on me!!!!

Our stay was amazing. As soon as we pulled up we were greeted by 3 hug smiles and hugs, Juliana, Felix and Maria. They were just absolutely to amazing. I can honestly say our trip wouldn’t have been the same without them. As for the property is was nice, spaces and clean. Located in a clean quiet and high secured area of Punta Cana. You and your belongings are safe here.

50th Anniversary Family Celebration

Several months ago, in preparation for our 50th wedding anniversary in July 2024, my wife and I decided we wanted to host a celebration for our entire family (3 children, their spouses, and our 5 grand children ages 5 months to 11years old) in the Caribbean. After considerable research we selected Villa Can Nico in Punta Cana. What a tremendous decision! The location was ideal, the accommodations were first-rate, the staff was outstanding, and our gracious host, Lorenzo, was always accessible and immediately responsive. The staff, Juliana, Felix and Maria, prepared and served excellent meals with a local flair from scratch for our entire family plus, on occasion, my wife's sister and her husband who were staying at a nearby hotel. Juliana, Felix and Maria were incredibly attentive, with a welcoming presence and warm bonhomie throughout our stay. The Villa's pool was a continuous attraction for our grandchildren and their parents; the beach and the larger resort pool and clubhouse --a short walk or golf cart ride away--was a daily draw; and the concierge service introduced by our host easily connected us with wonderful excursions and transportation services. Without question, this was our very best extended family gathering, and we recommend the Villa Can Nico without any reservations whatsoever!
