The hotel experience was good however, we went to the vacation club Xpand presentation, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. My significant other and I requested nonalcoholic daiquiri and was served alcohol. This was totally unacceptable as I've have been sober for 24 years. My significant other is also sober and immediately began to vomit. This was a totally loss day of vacation because of their mistake.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the serenade. There are 2 sides and we stayed at the family side because the “preferred” was an extra cost. The facilities, rooms, and pools were immaculate and updated. We were always able to find a pair of lounge chairs at the many pool areas. It’s the perfect sized resort, big enough to explore and try different restaurants and lounge/bars but small enough to walk to and from the beach from our room when needed. Overall a great all inclusive option!!!

Food was good. The beach was beautiful. However, Property is old. Towels are extremely old and in bad shape. Worst is that we had to bear the second hand smoking from people who smoked in the hallways and on the beach. It was very stressful. We are very disappointed because we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful beach with many people smoking around us.

The serendae was really a good time. They have a game room, multiple restaurants, a buffet, 3 Pools a beach, awesome balcony view, and great staff. The bars and everything was great! When we got there they take your bags and let you check in after that they showed us to our room. They gave us waters and sodas daily, room service ladies were the sweetest! and will assist with no problem! Carlos was a great help as well and Shout to Robinson our bartender he taught us some spanish and made the best drinks ! The food is not so good. no seasoning, watery sometimes, they even gave us expired ketchup. we had the chicken sandwich at the sports bar and it was the thinnest slice of chicken you can get, with very thick bread. the japenes restaurant had to be the best and even then the rice was hard. The beach was amazing they had loads of activities and of course a bar. Whatever you do when you go to the beach DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THE GUYS ON THE BEACH they are scammers and will try to rob you blind. And their excursions are trash Ballaonah is one of their names if you see him run hes a scammer ! My overall experience besides the food and the idiot beach scammers i had a great time !!

Property is new, nice architecture, big rooms, large balkony. Pleasant stuff, buffet with diversity of food to choose from. Beautiful beach allows long walks. The only downside was a lot of kids including newborns. That was a little annoying. The overall impression is absolutely positive, nothing to complain about which is very rare. We'd like to come back.

We had a great vacation at Serenade! The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms (standard double) are clean and spacious. Super chill vibe in this resort with just enough fun entertainment options. For the price point, however, the dining options and staff friendliness let down this otherwise 5-star experience. Enjoyed our time here but probably wouldn’t return.

Everything was amazing and all the stuff very helpful and especially Julio that works at the Mediterranean restaurant. The food in general wasn’t very enjoyable. Very clean and everything looks like they take care of the facilities. I won’t be coming back cause we didn’t like the food and we was eating pizza and burgers all the time to survive. The restaurants was very bad all of them and I’m talking about the food, all the employees were amazing. The management should consider of redoing the food menus.
