Villa Astoria is a wonderful modern residence, with sea views that will appeal to guests looking for that “something special”. Once through the main entrance, guests have a direct view of the impressive landscaped gardens and the pathway leading to the distinctive staircase entrance of this impressive property. This spacious, fully air-conditioned villa is spread over separate levels, with huge spaces. All areas are immaculately presented and finished to the highest standard in all light neutral tones.


The open-plan ground floor has a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV and a modern Italian kitchen with an island breakfast table. The kitchen is well equipped and has a fridge, freezer, built-in oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and full-height cupboard. It also has two spacious en-suite bedrooms with French doors that have direct access to the garden and pool. This floor is dominated by large French doors giving direct views of the stunning views, through the gardens and out to the stunning Ionian Sea. Two further French doors and large windows give the whole area a sense of openness and bathe the floor in natural light.

Ascending from the lounge, the wooden staircase leads upstairs, and an impressive entrance hallway leads you on your right to a large and bright bedroom with a super king-size bed, a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom. To the left of the hallway, you will find another spacious deluxe double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms that can be configured as either twins or doubles depending on guests’ needs, and a shared bathroom. The bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and French doors providing views of the garden, the pool, and the Ionian Sea. The distinctive French doors extend almost the entire length of the wall and open onto the private balcony that wraps around the outside of the top floor and offers stunning 270-degree views of the Ionian Sea, surrounding countryside, valleys, and mountains.

A few steps down from this floor lead to a large hall with an open plan large living room – dining room and kitchen, as well as two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a useful utility room with a washing machine. One bedroom can sleep three people as it has a double bed and a single and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom can accommodate a family with two children as it is divided into two rooms with their own en-suite bathroom.

Externally, Villa Astoria is equally impressive, with a large patio with relaxed seating areas leading to the private pool, set in beautiful gardens.
