The villa features a one bedroom, one full bath plus a powder room. It accommodates up to two guests. This spacious 1,140 sq/ft suite includes a king bed plus two gas fireplaces, one in the bedroom and one in the living room (and central air conditioning for those warm summer days). The outdoor amenities offer a cozy ocean view veranda perfect for an evening of stargazing and a glass of wine. Walking distance to many of the area’s natural amenities and gourmet restaurants, 7-minute walk to the beach, a short stroll to town and to the Heritage Forest trails. The Town of Qualicum Beach is surrounded by sandy beaches and the Salish Sea. This popular tourist destination is known for a quaint downtown and a range of shops, restaurants and services. Conveniently located between the cities of Nanaimo (approx. 30min drive) and Comox (45min drive). Discover Vancouver Island: Victoria is 2.5 hour drive, Tofino 2.5 hour drive, Mt. If you're traveling from Vancouver, you'll need to take BC Ferries to reach the Island. Ferries can get busy, especially during summer, long weekends, and holidays. To avoid long wait times, it's highly recommended to book a ferry reservation in advance.

This place is amazing! The personal touches left by the owners (baked goods, fruit, etc) were so thoughtful. Very well stocked with all the essentials we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Owners went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Lots to see and do in and around the area. 5 min wlk to the beach. I highly recommend!

Relaxing Island Get-Away

Beautifully renovated condo, spacious and immaculate! Donna our host was amazing. She provided us with helpful information such as restaurant recommendations, directions, etc. She also attempted to help me with some phone issues I was having. So warm and welcoming! The Crown Villas is a jewel of a place set amidst beautiful grounds - tranquil and serene. I loved watching the sunset from the comfortable seating on the lovely balcony. We had a very enjoyable stay at the Crown Villas and I would highly recommend this property. Thank-you Donna for making us feel so welcome

Truly Stunning Villa

All I can say is wow! From the wonderful hosts Donna & Sid to the beautiful beach town of Qualicum Beach to the beach shops and restaurants to the amazing view from the villa to the stunning room I cannot believe this gem I have just found. Truly a luxury villa

This was truly a luxury villa! The villa is also very comfortable and extremely well equipped for enjoying your stay. We loved the view over the golf course and out to sea. Great location in Qualicum Beach.

Trip Review

We had the best stay at this place! The view of the ocean is even better than pictured, and one of our favourite parts was sitting on the lovely patio and looking out to the golf course and ocean! We did have a rental car to get to the main area of Qualicum, but the beach is less than 10 minutes of a walk! One thing not advertised is the property leads into the Heritage Forrest trail, which made for an amazing morning stroll! The place was spotless, and our host Donna made sure we had everything we needed! Check in and out was an easy process and the host was very accommodating. She even took the time to send us some events going on in town during our stay! Can’t recommend this place enough, would definitely stay again!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

We truly can't say enough positives about our stay! If we could give more than 5*'s, we would! The property manager, Donna, was fantastic to communicate with. The condo is beautifully decorated and they have thought of absolutely everything! Sitting out on the balcony overlooking the golf course with the ocean in the background was so peaceful. Super quiet! We will definitely be booking this property again and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Qualicum.
