La casa è attrezzata di tutto, pulita, comoda e in una posizione tranquilla. Il proprietario è sempre disponibile e gentile per ascoltare le varie richieste del cliente. Nelle vicinanze dell'abitazione sono disponibili supermercati, farmacia, ristoranti, bar, tabacchi, nonché fermate del bus diretto verso Cagliari.
