Beautiful apartment located in the Limoilou district in Quebec. You will have access to all amenities nearby in addition to being within walking distance of the downtown and Old Quebec. You will be on 3rd Avenue where you will find the best cafes, restaurants, bars and shops in Quebec. You have easy access to public transport and you also have an electric bike terminal around the corner, so you can park your vehicle and enjoy your stay without needing it.

The accommodation includes two bedrooms with queen beds as well as two double sofa beds located in the living room and the dining room. You also have everything you need to cook including salt, pepper, oil and spices as well as bedding and towels included.

You will have access to the entire accommodation including a private balcony.

You can reach us via messaging and you will have a quick response between 9am and 10pm. For emergencies only, you can use the phone number (There is no SMS on this number).

Great location, close to Old Quebec City, space a bit small

As a place to crash after a busy day of sightseeing, the property was fine, if smaller than we were expecting based on the pictures. If you are a family with three adult-sized teenagers, space to spread out and just chill was at a bit of a premium. The kitchen was spacious and the dining room table was large, so we made it work. The appliances were all in good working order and the unit was clean.If you aren't familiar with the famous "outside staircases" of Quebec, be aware that the staircase to get to the unit is very steep, and was icy as well. Anyone with mobility issues would not be able to stay in this unit. There are small convenience stores, a full grocery store, a gas station and many restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. Street noise was very minimal. Check-in was smooth with no issues. Regular emails arrived promptly with clear instructions. Check-out procedure was easy and other than "wash the dishes and please treat the space with respect" there weren't a lot of requirements on leaving.We enjoyed our stay and would visit this property again.

Very spacious and the same as photos. Super comfortable bed, living room that def worked for settling down (only local channels on the smart tv, need to have apps to log into for Netflix etc.) Full kitchen (need to bring filters and coffee). Very steep stairways on both outside front & back—but salted and cleared well after snowstorms by owner/mgmt. gas & convenience store across the street, great bakery and Thai sushi on the block (loved both). A bit of a hike to old city, but we still opted to walk rather than Uber. Never felt unsafe.

Appartement agréable, propre, situé a une distance raisonnable a pied de la vieille ville. Il y a des commerces a proximité donc pratique. La place de parking est un plus.

Bonne grandeur d’appartement. Suffisamment équipé pour cuisiner. L’accès est un peu à risque dû aux marches qui sont étroite et inclinées près de la porte d’entrée arrière et en colimaçon à la porte d’entrée avant. Plancher de la salle de bain nécessiterait un bon nettoyage. Le quartier est super avec de bons petits restos.

Clear communication with host. Air condition! Private parking place! Apartment, though clean, needs some TLC/ maintenance. Second sleeping couch very uncomfortable. Neighbourhood a bit shabby (30 min walk to center). Do not recommend pizzeria at corner of block (we waited there on our take away pizzas for 60min!).

Great location, great property

Comfortable place walkable to old city. Nice balcony and place. Everyone has their own space and we walked to old city everyday. The spiral staircase in front adds charm. Do need to climb stairs to get to condo which was fine with us.

Quebec in 3 days

Great place, very comfortable for 3 friends doing a girls getaway! Beds super comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect for evening strolls and finding ice cream, Thai food, and French breads, sweets and coffee! We chose to drive to old Quebec and park the car for the day . Very safe . We were treated to a street performance of 2 girls singing!

We loved staying at your place. It was in such an amazing location! We could walk to the store, restaurants, Old Quebec etc. Everything we needed was close to us. The area felt safe to us as well. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Loved the location

Loved our stay! Location was great, place was clean and very well equipped, loved the decor and furniture. Perfect for our family of four, but could’ve fit a few more if needed. Only one thing we didn’t love was the stairs. Both front and back were a bit steep. Would be tough for anyone with mobility issues. Same as all other buildings in the area, so must be a Quebec City design! But otherwise LOVED and would totally recommend.

Nice place close to everything

This was a great place to stay - cute neighbourhood with lots of bakeries and coffee shops - and an electric bike rental kiosk just a few steps away to get us into downtown in a few minutes. Rooms were roomy and there was lots of living space. Host was quick to reply to questions and wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable. We’d stay here again next time we’re in town!
