Welcome to The Ananas! This charming apartment is located in a secure building in the Saint-Roch district in downtown Quebec City, you will be close to all amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacies, convenience store. You will also be close to attractions and a 25-minute walk from Old Quebec. Whether you're here for business, exploring the city, or simply relaxing, our accommodation offers an unforgettable experience within this vibrant community.

The accommodation includes two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, a dining area in a spacious kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, among other things, and a living room with high definition television. The sofa converts into a bed and can accommodate two people. You will have access to a washer-dryer, available to travelers staying in the building.

You will have access to the entire apartment and the building's washer-dryer.

The host was wonderful and answered our questions promptly. The appartment was cosy, clean and as advertised. The only reason I am not giving it a 5-star review is because of the noise from the neighbouring nightclub. Great place to stay if you are looking for a decent place near the universities and a bunch of amenities at walking distance, but I definitely recommend earplugs to sleep.

Clean apartment located in a busy nightlife district. Lots of amenities in apartment. 60 steep steps with narrow hallway leading to apartment. Parking was off-site in a lot...we loaded and unloaded on st Joseph and parked a 5 minute walk. Great place for people who are fit and like to explore the city. We walked everywhere and enjoyed getting to explore old Quebec within a 30 minute walk.

Never ending tiny dangerous stairs, the staircase was incredibly narrow. you gotta pay for the parking which both of these things weren’t said previously. Mold in the floor, stains everywhere on the sheets. The water from the shower was leaking everywhere on the floor trough the door. There were dishes to cook, a laundry room and WiFi so that was great

A cute, well-equipped apartment in a lively part of Quebec

We found the apartment to be cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was ideal for 3-4 adults. The two steep flights of stairs to the apartment would be difficult for those with mobility issues. The area is full of bars, restaurants and shops, with an excellent bakery just across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Appartement bien placé et spacieux pour 4 personnes. Conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Le samedi soir le bar qui est en dessous de l'appartement est assez bruyant. Escalier très raide. Stationnement payant dans la rue en bas mais gratuit dans les rues parallèles, attention à bien regarder les paniers.

Great place with excellent stores nearby

We had a great place to stay with two bedrooms. They weren't the biggest but they were private. There was a restaurant right below us and tended to be noisy into the night. Please know that there are two flights of small steep stairs to use to access the apartment so it wouldn't work for mobility challenged people.

Good property with Parking challenge

All in all, our stay was good - however if you have small kids or large luggages, parking could pose a challenge (street parking is limited and paid parking is 5 mins walk). Homeowner is very responsive and apartment is good, however just be careful with parking challenges.
