The hotel is nice and clean. Other then dinning and some local pubs there is nothing to do and it’s too far from old Quebec to walk. Public transit is tricky and cabs and Ubers charge a lot for short commutes.

It was a bit noisy, I don’t recall saying it was a pet friendly facility and some of the towels and blankets were stained. Very big room but the water pressure wasn’t good and didn’t like the fact that if you turned the light on in the washroom you couldn’t keep the light off by the faucet.

L’hôtel est bien dans son ensemble, il est très bien situé, nous avions pris une chambre affaire pour sa modernité cependant il y avait une très mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, comme une odeur de cigarette froide constamment. Et pour un hôtel aussi moderne, dommage d’avoir des climatisations aussi bruyantes.

Nice bedroom, overpriced parking

Rooms are modern (though our first room had a defective AC and a smell but the staff was nice and prompt to move us to another room). Restaurant on the ground floor has great food and drinks options. The $32 charge to park on a gravel lot next to the hotel is grossly overpriced. It is very hard to park in the area. Ask for the underground parking option, it is a bit more of a walk but a better match to the asking price.
