Our room and the general hotel area always seemed nice and clean. Access to the coffee & juice machines at all times was a nice option. The included breakfast was good, although the eggs were not very nice. Pool area was clean and well organized. We didn't require them, but I noticed there were floatation jackets available for young children which would be very helpful to young families. My biggest criticism is that the beds and pillows were too firm. My wife and I both had sore backs each morning and I slept quite poorly all 3 nights. The staff seemed nice, although my interaction with them was quite limited. I was worried because I can't speak French, but the lady working the desk at checkout spoke perfect English.

Great staff (Nicolas, Audrey, Carole, Charles, and an Asian woman I didn't see her name badge) to work with when there was no internet, and I had no phone, no email, without Wifi for three nights...and the manager discounted my room (Thank you very much.) We had to hang out at the bank or restaurants for the free wifi to get email and messages. A bit frustrating, but the staff was kind. Please get some burn ointment like aloe vera in your two first aid kits (charles helped me get a cold towel and a dry towel when I accidentally poured hot water from coffee dispenser). LOVE the BIG lit signs on the side of the building and smaller sign at the road, so we could find you easily in the dark...quiet facilities...great breakfasts and all day coffee and hot water dispensers! Despite the bumpy start of no high speed internet as advertised when you are on hold. Thank you!

Le déjeuner chaud à volonté, les jus et café à volonté disponible toute la journée et les grandes chambres sont vraiment les gros points de cet hotel. Cependant, l'isolation des portes et des murs doivent etre reconsidérés. On attend les gens ouvrir et fermer les portes ainsi que l'alarme du réveil matin dans la chambre voisine.

WiFi never worked the entire time we were there for 4 nights. Housekeeping services were limited and the one time they did service, they didn’t actually clean anything. Just made beds and gave new towels. They did refresh TP or tissues, and when I called the front desk, we were told we had to go to the front desk to request.

The place is clean and the staff are very friendly, I gave only 4 star because I am not really happy with the breakfast part. If you are staying for more than 1 night, the breakfast choices would not be as appetizing as the first day. It’s the same food over and over which makes you feel you don’t want to bother eat. My suggestions would be, to serve different variety of food everyday. We were there 4 days 3 nights so you know what I mean. Other than that, everything is okay.
