Not a pleasant stay, rooms moldy, infinity pool not full level and with trash on the pool, rooms with old paint, exposed cables, AC remote with damage screen, no hot water, moldy bath linen, wifi really slow, every maintainance area visible and gardens not well maintained. As a matter of fact a tourist trap and i am a local. OVERPRIZED, IS MORE LIKE A MOTEL. HAVE TO MUCH TO IMPROOVE.

Stayed the last night of our week vacation in Puerto Rico, this was our 1 year anniversary and was looking forward to this hotel. Arrived late in the evening and there was a wedding reception wrapping up in, what Im guessing was some kind of hall near the office. Walls were very thin, the wedding party or guests (not sure) partied till late in the pool and were very late. Our room faced the pool. We complained several times and although the staff asked them to quiet down it didn't last long. Then later once that ended the remaining of our night there was loud music playing till probably 2 or 3 in the morning. Very disrespectful to the rest of the guests. The hotel has beautiful landscape and view, staff were nice but not helpful. Bed was very uncomfortable, room very basic. We stayed in 3 other hotels in other areas of San Juan that were amazing but this was not a huge flop.

1. Had to change the room. It had problems of water filtration. 2. There was no hot water on the bathtub! 3. There was a problem with the system and the keylock wouldnt open the room 4. Humidity problems on both rooms. 5. Room service never came.

Las habitaciones estan super abandonadas, paredes con hongo por la humedad, son habitaciones que no han remodelado en decadas. El trato de los empleados bueno, la comida del restaurante 0 de 10, sin sabor, sin gusto, producto de baja calidad. El area de ambas piscina esta bien chevere, las mantienen limpia, y ordenada. La gerencia bien atenta y dispuesta a ayudar en lo que esta en su poder.

Where do i start, the rooms are OUTDATED and motel dingy. Unless you ask a question no one is talking to you. The Bathroom had drain flies everywhere especially on old coarse towels.(i hate coarse towels). Bed had rusty metal brackets sticking out from underneath wife has bruise to prove it. Oh..cant forget had to put soap on floor when taking a shower! Add a shower caddy or a shelf!!! They not seeing my money again!

Las habitaciones son cómodas con hermosa vista al mar. Nos alojamos de martes a jueves. La piscina estaba espectacular y la barra estaba abierta. El desayuno está incluído y es muy variado. Sin lugar a dudas volvería a quedarme.

The paint was chipping from the walls, the bathroom the shower was filthy, the water was not draining and it overflowed to the floor. The air conditioner shut off at 4:30 am, the room got very hot. The only thing that was good was the view from the balcony that overlooked the sea.would not recommend it. Way to expensive for such a dirty place.

I would not stay at this property again, short of some major renovations. This place is old and falling apart. Door handles don't turn or lock well, everything felt damp and sticky. I'm not a high maintenance person and would never stay there again. The part that almost had me asking for a new room was the black mold we noticed on the ceiling and the soft, sagging drywall right over my half of the bed. If it weren't so late and we had already unpacked stuff, I would have asked for a new room. I slept with my head at the foot of the bed because I was worried the drywall would fall on me in the middle of the night because of all of the rain that day. It was super bad. I told the woman at the front desk when we checked out and showed her pictures. She said she'd pass it along, but didn't offer to comp our room or discount it and I didn't ask, though I feel the state of the room warranted it. The beach is beautiful, just unreal how gorgeous the location is, which is why it's so sad the building was so run down. It has so much potential.
