Kakara Moana is a stunning private and luxurious four bedroom villa with uninterrupted lake and mountain views in downtown Queenstown. Architecturally designed and exquisitely furnished, this villa is a true delight to stay in. Its ideal for four couples, two families travelling together or an extended family. Looking over Lake Wakatipu and walking distance to central town, its in the heart of Queenstown, and an internal garage provides a secure spot to park your rental car so that you can still explore the surrounding area.

This spacious villa is split over three levels. The mid level has extensive living space and opens out to a large balcony ideal for summer dining and relaxing. The outside area is the perfect après ski spot to relax with a blanket whilst enjoying a Central Otago Pinot Noir. The kitchen is a dream for those who want to take the time to cook, or relax whilst an in house chef prepares a delectable dinner. With the perfect flow from kitchen to living and dining, its an ideal space for entertaining.

Kakara Moana can sleep up to 8 guests in comfort. There are 4 double bedrooms each with their own ensuite. The top level hosts the outdoor spa with spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountains. Also on the top floor is the master suite with a large ensuite and dressing room, plus balcony with access to the spa. On the same level there is a second double bedroom with a king bed plus ensuite, as well as balcony access.

The lower ground floor has two double bedrooms, both with king split beds (can be set up as king or twin) and both with en suites. This level also has the media room - the ideal spot for kids to catch up on favourite movies or for sport lovers to keep up with the play.

You will receive exclusive access to the property, balcony, spa pool, courtyard & garage.

We are located off-site and like to give our guests space to enjoy their home-away-from-home, but we`re only a phone call away should you need assistance or would like to book activities during your stay.

Children are welcome as part of the maximum number of guests. This house can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests per booking - additional guests are not permitted.
All children and infants are included in the total guest count - maximum number of guests should not exceed that specified on this listing, including all infants. Any bookings made exceeding the maximum number of guests will be cancelled.

A refundable security deposit will be charged to your card prior to your check in. This is a MajorDomo requirement of booking. The deposit value is usually equivalant to the cost of 1 night - we will advise you of the exact figure in your confirmation email.
