Salt Water Haven is available as an exclusive private residence in 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10-bedroom configurations.

Regardless of the option selected, the property is always reserved exclusively for your group and is never shared with other guests, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.

• Discounted last-minute reservations made within 60 days of arrival do not include private chef service. Chef service can be added separately through our guest services team.

• For discounted last-minute reservations made within 60 days of arrival, housekeeping is provided every other day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged through your host for an extra charge.

• Laundry service is provided by our housekeeping team. Personal laundry service is included twice during a 7-night stay, with additional service available upon request for an extra charge.

• A refundable $500–$1,000 USD security deposit, depending on group size, is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or missing items.

• All published rates include mandatory fees. Food, beverages, and optional meal plans are available at an additional cost.
