Casa Samba on ihana lomahuvila seuraavalle matkallesi. Tämä 5 makuuhuoneen, 6 kylpyhuoneen huvila rakennettiin bluffiksi näkymällä Tyynenmeren rannikolle. Nauti raitista ilmaa ja koe Manuel Antonion upea sademetsän ympäristö. Sijaitsee yksinoikeudella aidatulla naapurustossa Manuel Antonion keskellä, yksityisellä, mutta helposti paikallisille markkinoille, ravintoloille, kylpylöille ja Manuel Antonion kansallispuistolle.

AVARUUS
Huvilan monitasoinen asuintilojen kaikki avoinna Ocean tuulet ja trooppinen puutarha, jossa eksoottisia ääniä ja tuoksuja paikallista kasvistoa ja eläimistöä. Alkuperäinen omistaja asui Casa Sambassa perheensä kanssa, säästämättä yksityiskohtia, jotta tästä olisi ainutlaatuinen ja hienoin suunniteltu balilaistyylinen koti. Tuomiokirkon bambu avoimet palkkikatot, käsin veistetty kivi ja lasitetut keraamiset erikoisallas, räätälöity kivi ja laatta, eksoottiset lehtipuut ja alkuperäinen taide ympäri maailmaa tekevät tästä todella upean loma-asunnon.

NAAPURUSTO
Pacific Canyon Drive on yksityinen aidatulla naapuruston kuittaukseen tärkein Manuel Antonio tien. Se on yhteisö rakentama expats joka halusi mukavuudet modernin ylellisyyttä trooppisessa rantakaupungissa. Great Find

The villa was incredible. Every morning we woke up to watch the toucans, fire bills, parakeets, and doves fly all around the place and then like clockwork between 4 and 4:30 the monkeys start to come through. We saw the white face monkeys, the bearded howler, and mono Titi come through daily. And the view at night is incredible. David was our host and he was super attentive even when we had a small issue he took care of it immediately. One thing of note is to bring flip-flops for the showers since they are made from rocks and can be a bit uncomfortable for those with foot sensitivity. The pool is much deeper than it looks and is a great way to cool off after a hike through the park or a day at one of the nearby beaches. A bit of travelers advice is to go to the grocery store before you head up into the area. Things are much cheaper down in the city. Plus, there is a mussmani bakery in Quepos, so it is worth the stop. We did hire a chef and he did an excellent job! We had enough food to make another three meals out of it!Overall we are very pleased with our stay and wished we could have stayed one or two more nights.

Beautiful Costa Rican house

This house was everything advertised! The views were beautiful and the house had plenty of rooms and bathrooms to fit our family of nine. We saw abundant wildlife from the house view , including Macaws , Toucans, Coati, lizards and monkeys. You could just enjoy Costa Rica from this home, but we enjoyed A few good tours also arranged by the host of the house. The house does have a lot of stairs, but after a few days you start getting used to them, but put the young people in the top rooms! We really loved our experience and the people were all lovely

Wonderful stay - unbeatable views

The house is just as advertised - very comfortable, beautiful, and the views cannot be beat! We had plenty of fun monkey visits. The management team was great - arranged dinners, excursions, taxis, etc. We had chef Marco make dinner for us on two nights and both dinners were just delicious.

Amazing stay - better than expected!

Our stay at Casa Samba was absolutely incredible. The view and wildlife experiences were better than described. Our host was in constant contact with us prior to the trip - as well as while we were there. The rooms and amenities were everything we needed and well beyond our expectations. We absolutely loved our trip and fell even more in love with Manuel Antonio.

Beautiful home with amazing views

3rd time to CR, Best one yet! Five couples, flew into SJ and traveled to MA for six nights. Spacious with breathtaking views of MA. Monkeys came to the house everyday, saw two sloths, iguanas and Toucans. Howler moneys were very loud at night!! Through our host we had a personal chef, two meals day, which was amazing!! Very cost effective for a big group. Our house had daily maid and laundry service included. Personal concierge helped with taxis and groceries as needed. We had a full day waterfall tour arranged through our host and Tropical Waterfall tours. Had three guides that were very informative on CR facts and history. Visited 4 waterfalls and a beach, and then had a fantastic lunch on a cliff side in restaurant. We visited the beaches through Surf Horizon beach service, which I would highly recommend, transported us, set up chairs and helped with any vendor services on the beach. Only recommendation would be to upgrade the mattresses/pillows other than the house was fantastic! Plenty of room for our large group! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic house in Quepos with amazing views

The house was perfect with an amazing view of Espadilla beach and Manuel Antonio park. The pool was a refreshing end to a day of tours and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck each night. We saw parrots, lizards, and lots of monkeys from the house. Our concierge, David, did an amazing job and was always on hand to help out with anything we wanted. And Chef Carlos cooked some great dinners so that we didn't have to worry about meal planning for a few of our nights there.

The 10 of us all 60+ thoroughly enjoyed this property with the wonderful views of the Pacific and the many animals and birds. But just warning others there are a lot of steps. 51 up from road to first level and another 52 to the top level.

Amazing house

The house and staff were incredible. The only thing that topped the beautiful views were the monkeys that came around every morning and evening. I would definitely recommend this home. One word of warning, a lot of steps but so worth it.

Casa Samba

We were determined to see as much as we could from the porches on the house and we DID. Toucans, macaws, sloths, howler, squirrel, and white- faced Capuchin monkeys, Garrabo iguanas. The view was amazing - right in front of us. Only suggestion to make it better is to have lots of plastic ziplock bags because you're in a jungle and there are lots of ants. Don't put down your coffee cup! LOL! Roxy, who cleaned, was terrific. She even washed & folded our clothes for us. David, our concierge, was extremely helpful in arranging transportation and answering all the many text questions we sent. We also had chefs come to the house to prepare 3 meals for us. What a treat and absolutely delicious. Kudos to all who made the trip a memory we won't ever forget.

Great for family groups

Everything about the property was perfect. I was there with my adult children & their families - a group of 11. There was plenty of open space for everyone to spend time together, and also plenty of space for each family to have separate areas. The views were amazing, and we loved our visitors - lots of monkeys & iguanas. We did not use the personal chef since we wanted to try the local restaurants. The daily maid service was great, especially considering all the cutbacks other places have made since the start of Covid. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Great area, location and home!

We rented this house (group of 10) and so happy we did. Everyone, from the property management & concierge were extremely nice and helpful, and responded quickly. The house had a great layout but one thing I would say is that there are a ton of stairs inside to get up to the rooms. I would say its not the best for an older crowd. And the stairs in the entrance are very steeps, take that into consideration when hauling luggage up to the home. But aside from that, the views were amazing, wildlife was everywhere, chefs were great. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Jungle stay

The overall experience as fantastic. Our host Gary really helped make the experience worth while. All transportation from the San Jose airport to our stay (about 2.5 hour drive) was easily arranged. The villa we stayed in was beautiful with jungle views and some ocean views. Now of course because the environment is rainforest like the one thing you must be mindful of are bugs and small critters. Just be sure not to leave any food or drinks out because the ants will definitely find them I can promise you that. Also make sure to bring some bug spray both repellents and some for killing bugs like raid as an example.The villa was located in a safe area and has a main gate and an attendant at the entrance. You also get a gated door leading up to the property that you can lock. The property is also equipped with safes in each room for extra security. We left our passports in there just to be on the safe side, because we also had a maid service. There’s a ton of local food options none of which are in walking distance but can be a short 5min taxi ride. There’s also some pretty steep hills by the property too so just keep that in mind if you do decide to walk around a bit. A final precaution which is completely unpredictable is the possibility of losing power it happened to me during my stay but didn’t last too long it was back on within a couple hours or so. Luckily we had candles that also repelled some of the insects which was a plus, especially if your spending time on the top floor where the pool table is located. This part of the property is the most open, and is exposed to the outside environment. You’ll also definitely see some monkeys and maybe even some iguanas or bearded dragons, especially if you stay in the master room which was beautiful. All in all I’d give this stay a 10/10, and I can’t wait to book another trip definitely we’ll worth it especially if you have a group with you.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in Costa Rica, there are a few things I wish I would’ve known. The monkeys come every day so there wasn’t really a need to pay a tour guide at the national park to point out monkeys. Also the beach at the national park was far superior to the one closest to the house , I wish I would’ve worn a swimsuit to enjoy it. There are lots of bugs ! I wore a natural insect repellent at night and didn’t get too many bites but some of us had many. The master bedroom isn’t sealed tight so bugs can come through the sliding door, keep the lights low! Overall it was great and we didn’t need a car rental and there are many good restaurants within walking distance. It could be tough though for someone older because the hills are steep

Great house with plenty of space. Gary the host is amazing along with Roxie the housekeeper. Junior was our chef and he was outstanding. The food was the best we’ve had with the fish we caught on a charter that day.

It was the most delightful vacation we have taken.

Casa Samba is a beautiful home overlooking Manuel Antonio Park. Valerie, the concierge, was so helpful in planning our trip before we left home. She provided us a list of activities such as river rafting, kayaking through the mangroves and taking a guided walk through the park so we could see animals hidden in the rain forest. She also suggested we might like a chef to cook our dinners, which we loved and arranged pick-up and return at the airport as well as delivery of a rental car right at Casa Samba. Once we arrived the manager, Gary, was also extremely helpful in providing groceries for our first day as well as making suggestions of places to eat and beaches to visit which were not so crowded as we were there during Easter week vacation. The house included daily maid service except for Sundays. The most fun was that every morning these huge lizards would come on our deck to sun themselves and in the late afternoon the monkeys would be on our deck and roof providing wonderful entertainment for all of us. We would definitely return to Casa Samba. We felt very well taken care of. Susan Stewart

Amazing

I can’t imagine anywhere with a better view. The house is amazing and the layout perfect for larger group. We needed five bedrooms and each bedroom is uniquely different with it’s own space for privacy. The pool, the patio and the game room were great for gathering and visiting. We ended our trip with dinner prepared by Chef Junior. The meal was fantastic, a great way to end our stay at Casa Samba. We would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Costa Rica. Gary and Valerie where very helpful with our planning and stay.

Beautiful house surrounded by beautiful nature

This house was absolutely stunning! My husband and I planned our family (8 people!) trip to Costa Rica and surprised everyone along the way. This was by far my whole family's favorite place we stayed in all of Costa Rica. Not only was it right by the Manuel Antonio National Park, we felt like we were directly IN the park! The amount of monkeys (squirrel, howler, capuchin,) the greeted us on the deck was such an incredible experience. We ranged in age from my parents in their 50s all the to my sisters in their early 20s. The pool right off of the kitchen was a favorite place to cool off. Most of us jumped straight from the kitchen into the pool. There was more than enough space for the 8 of us. Each couple ended up having an entire floor to themselves. The view from every floor was spectacular. we loved ending the nights with a game or two on the pool table. Kim our host was great! Tony the house keeper was fantastic. It was always perfectly clean. Chef Junior did Father's Day dinner for us while we there and it was definitely another highlight! Food was delicious!! There was no hot tub like originally advertised in the house (apparently they had to take it out because of the monkeys) but we didn't miss it! Overall this house was more than we imagined and a huge hit with the family. We've been recommending it to everyone we talk to.Thank you everyone for making it so special for us!
