The location is fantastic and the building is very nice. The room is spacious and quite well illuminated. The lobby has a great restaurant and a bread store which is great. Everyone is nice and courteous and we'll oriented. The one thing I would recommend is giving some maintenance to the room floors. The one I had had the floor with some damage and it brings down the rest of the room.

Muy buena relación calidad - precio. Lo único que no nos gustó es que nos hicieron dejar un depósito que solo se puede hacer en efectivo y no con tarjeta. Tuvimos que salir a buscar un cajero, cosa que no teníamos en el itinerario.

Location great,expensive, safety problem,

Great location, as in centro parking difficult. For us, huge problem:no one stayed at the hotel at night! Yes there is phone number for emergencies but…..The breakfast is sub-par for the price. The courtyard is beautiful. We were the only guests so I don’t know how it would be with more guests. Our room was not on the street which meant it was quiet. The room itself was small—however with high ceilings and a nice bed. Probably we wouldn’t stay again—really someone has to be there always!

Estuvo bien, solo que los colchones ya empiezan a sentirse viejos ya que se unden demasiado y las bases de la cama que estan poco mas pequeñas que el conchon hacen que si estas muy en la orilla casi te caigas de la cama porque se hunde, tambien deberian de dar mantenimiento a los pisos, ya que muchos que tienen imitacion de duela ya estan en muy malas condicines, en fin para una estancia corta esta bien. Pero si deben cuidar los detalles a largo plazo

Las camas son de hule espuma! Las almohadas están horribles de sucias. Le falta limpieza a las habitaciones y son muchos lofts y solo servía un elevador, así que tenías que esperar mucho. Si son eficientes en las peticiones pues pedí que me cambiaran y lo hicieron bastante rápido. La regadera de la segunda habitación que renté salía agua por la lámpara de luz y por todos lados menos por la regadera y está peligroso

Great but a couple small issues

This was a pretty nice hotel with a lot of room and in a great area. I would recommend, but felt I should make people aware of my two issues. First, I would warn that it does not have A/C. I didn't realize this until after I got there. Our room had a small porch, but it got very little breeze. We had the fans going and windows open all day and night. There is no way I could have stayed in that room during the summer. Second, this hotel does not allow you to bring alcohol into your room. This is not listed and I was unaware of this policy. My fiancee and I were stopped by the front desk going to elevator because I was holding a couple beers. I felt like a child having to hand over my "contraband". My room has an entire kitchen in it, why would I not be able to have alcohol if I can cook an entire dinner? This is the first hotel I've ever stayed at and experienced this.

We stay for 3 day, we really liked bcz everything is walking distance, the only problem the we have is the they don’t have AC just 1 fan and during the night was so hot. And because is floor everything is so dusty.

Nice building poor maintenance

Superb building but poorly maintained. Everything that is fixed to a wall is loose, on the edge of breaking. The appartement had not been cleaned before our arrival, had to have a cleaning crew come the next day to clean as we arrived very late for our check-in. The fridge broke, we got stuck in a broken elevator. Elevators don't work 50% of the time. Drains blocked, toilets not flushing, broken window screens (infestation of mosquitos until it was fixed). Most furniture is wormed out (broken couch). The bed where comfortable. With all of the above, on our 5 weeks stay, we had to have the visit of maintenance 5 times for different issues. The good news is that maybe the next guests will have something decent. On the plus side, the top floor has a nice view and the building's location is convenient. There are two restaurants on the first floor and both where good with excellent service.
