The only thing about this place was the sheets seemed clean and the fellow at desk was pleadant. 1)dirty towel left on back of bathroom door 2)Carpets were FILTHY 3) staff attempted to vaccum, but didn't move the ottoman in front of chair. 4)had to wipe office chair off to sit 5) the balcony that had a big hole in deck; garbage everywhere, empty cigarette pkg on deck; cobwebs everywhere; chairs on deck were very dirty 6) two giant dirty/brown areas on ceiling where there was at one time a leak 7) parking lot was filled with big paving trucks; no where to park 8) stairwell hadn't been vacuumed, drywall dust everywhere 9) room smelled of chlorine from pool. I will not recommend or ever stay at a Ramada again. ROOM 305 if it is of interest to you.

The pool was actually green, the lamp shades were broke, cupboards were broke, beds with extreme dips, couch and carpets very solied, remotes didn't work, smelled of cigarette smoke, empty beer cans and cigarette butts on the deck....

Booked a room last minute and regretted it. Especially for the price. Pool was filthy, smelt like chlorine and mildew and there were giant dead spiders by the pool.. multiple. Towels in the pool area were all used and in a pile, which probably added to the terrible smell. Our room was humid and dirty and smelt a bit like mold. Burn marks in our blanket and it clearly wasnt even vaccumed as we found a fake nail under the table. The only staff we really spoke to was the man at the front desk and he was incredibly polite and kind but i probably wouldnt stay there ever again.

Awful hotel/motel

This hotel should not bear the name of Ramada very deceiving. I booked because of the name knowing it is usually good. Mini fridge was not working, in room phone didn’t work, no face clothes, asked for extra towels was told they couldn’t bring till morning then didn’t show up. Got an extra blanket which was wet so couldn’t use again no one working there so couldn’t replace. The pool looked dirty so we couldn’t use. The breakfast was sparse, the only thing you could count on being there was toast when there was other things there wasnt enough for the family to eat. Front counter staff told of the problems and he just looked at me and didn’t respond.

The hotel/motel is in need of maintenance. The walls were half painted and painted over wallpaper. The room we were in had a hump in the floor making it a tripping hazard and the bed unlevel. The fire doors slammed closed, they did not full close. The carpets in the hallways and stairs were gross. Would not stay here again. We expected more from Ramada and the Wyndham group. The only good part was the front desk staff were very friendly.

We changed our room to be on the ground floor. The room seemed to be an older one, smelled like it had been used by smokers. 2 towels for 4 people. Walls and doors dirty. A/C not adequate unless you were directly in front of it. The rest of our stay as fine. Breakfast,checkout etc.

Wasn’t anything to not like. Everything was quick the fellow who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The room was everything we expected and very clean. After a long hot day the pool was great. I booked especially for that for my 2 grandkids. Hot tub not working but didn’t care. Breakfast was great. More variety than we expected and the pancake machine was so cute.
