It was ok, but not worth the money in my opinion. The room was very basic, the temp just didn't feel right no matter if we put it on heat or cool. The best part of the stay was the shower pressure. I could hear vacuums and toilets flush around us. No breakfast included, you pay at the little shop. I was a little annoyed that heaters weren't turned on the patio, and when I asked if they could be turned on, I was told it would happen under 51 degrees, yet it was about 45 outside. I was surprised to also have to pay $15/day to park! It was in walking distance or a short drive to a lot of shops in the Village District which was nice, but I would probably pay the same to stay at a more inclusive spot next time.

The bathroom was not clean - I washed the mirror myself and the shower was not clean in the corners - in 3 days/nights we never received fresh towels/washcloths - we actually liked our stay at the Airport Holiday Inn Express in Buffalo the night before for $122.00 - they provided airport shuttle both ways, parking was free for 4 nights and when we returned they had even brushed the snow off our car - take a lesson

Throughout the night, the HVAC system emitted an extremely loud, whirring/roaring sound that was disruptive each time it cycled on, making it impossible to sleep. This issue was compounded by significant traffic noise throughout the night Also, the shower had virtually no water pressure and never reached an acceptable hot temperature. The beds were worn and uncomfortable, further preventing rest. No problem with staff.

We've stayed here before. The location is perfect for us. Nice of you of the clock tower close to everything. Great little coffee shop downstairs staff was great. We bring our dog absolutely no problem whatsoever. Plenty of places to walk. I'm not complaining but I must say the TV remote had to be the hardest I've ever used. Me or my wife could figure it out. Other than that, loved it

Clean, quiet room. Close to restaurants. Gym was decent. I was on a higher floor and opposite from the bell tower, and didn’t hear anything (per some of the reviews I’ve read).
