Was not expecting to get taken for a ride

I had to contact the owner upon arrival since my door code was not sent. After my stay I was sent an insurance claim of over $3000. I can agree with 1 or possibly 2 of the 9 items claimed for damages. But I was charged for supposedly damaged towels, kitchen towels (there weren't any), a mattress cover, broken wine glasses (I used the same glass mug over for my entire stay which wasn't broken). I was unaware that I needed to take pics of everything including a refrigerator kick plate that I supposedly broke and also take a picture inventory of linens since I supposedly damaged those too. There were huge ants inside and an animal got into my grocery delivery left on the porch one morning while I was in the shower and took a bite out of my roast. I'm highly disappointed and feel taken advantage of.

Woods and peace

Needed a place to land while waiting on my new house to close in Cary. after my home in Indiana sold two weeks before the closing date. This little spot gave me a quite place in the woods, right near Falls Lake. Very nice.

Excellent little home away from home

We needed a place to stay close to home while our floors were refinished. This little place was perfect for that. It matched the description perfectly and provided us all the comforts of home, at a reasonable price, and with the duration we needed (8 days!). Being tucked in the woods was great because it was private even off a busy road. High speed Internet was perfect because we both work from home and needed to work from the location. Great little place!

This place was very clean and cozy. Enjoyed the quiet and woods surrounding the property. There are some issues with a neighbors dog Coming on to property to do his business…. Had to clean that up several times But over all we would stay again.

The property was very clean. Kitchen could use more cooking supplies, but was doable. Listing makes it seem like you can walk down a path to the lake, but its actually across a busy road and at least a 15 min walk, or a short drive, no where near the property.

Very clean rental

The house was well stocked, clean, and with comfortable beds. It was close to Raleigh and everywhere we had to go in the area. There was privacy and an area to let the dogs out. My only recommendation is to provide a small vacuum cleaner. We were not on vacation but greatly appreciated coming back to a warm and comfortable setting in the afternoon. Thank you! Susan

Near Blue Jay Park

Nice, clean, spacious. We were visiting daughter and family so didn't spend much time here but this place met our needs. Next time I would like to find the path behind the property to the lake. Enjoyed picnic and nice playground a few minutes away.

Our first visit

This trailer is spacious, clean, and modern in a nice private location. There is a nice screened-in porch to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The towels were soft and fluffy, sheets were nice, and the mattress was comfy. The living room had nice furniture and a very large tv. The kitchen had all we needed. Falls Lake is very close and Blue Jay Park is close by with a nice playground.
