Upon arrival, the front desk did not disclose the $75 pet fee and instead silently charged my card without my approval. When asked about this undisclosed fee on my credit card statement, I was told by the manager that the employee working the front desk "always discloses this fee" which was a lie. Furthermore, the manager did not offer any solutions to right this wrong which is incredibly frustratging, as I booked through a third-party and no pet fee was disclosed on that website either.
My stay was equally as bad, as the walls were paper thin and extremely loud music was playing throughout the halls until 3 AM. The room was clean enough for a 1 night stay; however, due to this customer service and what feels like deceitful behaviour, I will never stay at another Hampton Inn nor recommend this brand to any friends or family.
