The Space:

This cozy one-bedroom space, located on the second floor of a co-living house, offers a comfortable retreat. Please note that stairs are required to access the room. Guests have access to the shared kitchen and living room downstairs, ideal for cooking, relaxing, and socializing. Enjoy a stay that blends nostalgia and comfort, perfect for both work and leisure in Raleigh.



Guest Access:

As a guest, you'll have full access to your private bedroom with a seperate lock, and co-living spaces, which include a welcoming living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Free parking is for 1 vehicle available on the premises. Free street parking is first-come, first-served.

You’re just minutes from Hillsborough Street, The Village District, and Downtown Raleigh, offering breweries, coffee shops, boutiques, live music, and restaurants. Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Raleigh, though many attractions are just a short drive away. NC State and The Village District are only minutes away. Please note: This co-living unit offers a private bedroom with excellent amenities. You'll share common living spaces, including the living room and kitchen. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We do not allow smoking or pets in the unit.
