Clean hotel, nice employees, but there wasn’t a cart to be had for our luggage. I asked for handicap accessibility because my husband is disabled. We were given the room at the very end of the hall. He walks with a cane, but only for a short while. I asked for a wheelchair and was told there wasn’t one at the hotel. The problem was observed by the woman checking us in, but she offered no help.

Hotel was absolutely beautiful. One issue: They put us in a room with no heat, Room 424. We had an handicap accessible room because we are both disabled. We called down to the front desk. The young lady was willing to move us across the hall at 421. She made sure the heat was working before she moved us, but it wasnt handicap accessible.

Nice staff, great sized room, clean and welcoming! I don’t understand why you have to pay to park in the outdoor parking lot of the hotel…that seems like a money grab but it was a short 12 hour stay…just to sleep and shower

Everything was great but unfortunately everything had been used or could be used, had lavender in it. I am highly allergic and kinda wish this establishment others would be a free and clear from everyone who could have an allergy to scents. Or if there was a way to post what scents are used, if using scents.
