Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all towels and linens near the washing machine. Place all trash in the black can in the driveway to help deter the mice
Please make sure all space heaters, appliances, televisions,, coffee pots, lights, etc., are off and all the drapes are closed.
Make sure all doors are securely, latched and locked. The door to the fenced in front yard lock should be pointing up in locked position
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
