Casa Isabella is a cozy and well-maintained apartment, located in a peaceful complex surrounded by greenery in Rapallo, just a few steps from the center and the famous cable car to Montallegro. Ideal for those seeking relaxation and convenience, it allows you to explore the beauties of the Riviera, including the sea, seaside walks, the Castello sul Mare, and traditional restaurants. Shared pool and private parking included.

🛏️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION
It consists of a spacious living room with dining table 🍽️, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms: one double and one with 4 single beds. The living room and the room with 4 beds open onto a beautiful livable terrace 🌿 with a table perfect for sunny lunches ☀️. The bathroom 🚿, recently renovated with care, is modern and functional.
To reach the property from the parking area 🚗, you need to climb a small staircase.
🏊‍♀️ The shared pool is open from June 15th to September 15th (There is a daily charge per person for use)

Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without constraints.

• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years old.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• In case of damage to furniture or fabrics, charges will apply.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Exempt: children under 15 years old.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We ask you to respect the recycling rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
