Between the Castle on the Sea, the cable car to Montallegro, the beaches, and the flavors of Liguria, you can explore one of the pearls of the Riviera. Its central yet quiet location makes this home the ideal base for an unforgettable holiday.

✨ The apartment is located on the third floor with an elevator. This cozy and bright apartment is perfect for a family holiday or with friends! 💕 It features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and access to a terrace where you can relax outdoors 🌿☀️, a separate kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed 🛏️✨, and a comfortable and functional bathroom with bathtub 🛁.

Although it does not have private parking, nearby you can find free options 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️, and paid parking is also available a short distance away 🅿️💶. This way you can choose the most convenient solution for you!

🛎️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in total freedom, without constraints.
🔑 Check-in & Check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 15:00.
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food is provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, bed linen included.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Extra cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is NOT included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a penalty of €30 will be applied.

🚭 Important note: smoking is not allowed inside the house. Thank you for your understanding!

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
