The property was recently renovated and owner pay particularly attention to the details, the access to the house is by 7 steps from the street level, and develop in one floor, the entrance door opens to a corridor leading to the large and bright living and kitchen area with sofas, dining table and an open kitchen with all amenities needed such as electric stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher; from the living area you join the two large double bedrooms, each bedrooms have its own private bathroom one with shower box and bath tub, and the other just with shower box.
