The villa (The Mermaid s Home) is an elegant residence restructured in 2013.

It lies in one of the most panoramic areas of the Amalfi Coast.

The villa is in Castiglione a Ravello between the two most beautiful and well known historical centres of the Amalfi Coast, Amalfi and Ravello.

It is in an excellent position: only a ten minute walk from the beach and easy access from the main road which leads directly to a garage and a drive with space for parking.

The Dimora delle Sirene residence has several levels: 19 steps lead to the kitchen.

It is furnished in excellent taste and with attention to detail; the kitchen leads to the living area containing a table and chairs in crystal, fireplace, sofa and the latest accessories (USB, TV 48 inch,DVD, Stereo).

The villa has 4 double bedrooms, and in the true Amalfi tradition, each bedroom has an annexed terrace with a splendid view of the sea.

– The first bedroom lies on the ground floor with annexed terrace overlooking the sea and an en suite bathroom containing a shower cubicle.

Along the corridor there is another bathroom directly opposite to a laundry area.

Another 22 steps takes you to the upper floor where you can find the following rooms:

– first double bedroom with a view of the sea

– second twin-bedded bedroom with a cot and baby changing equipment

– one bathroom with shower cubicle

– third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, shower cubicle, Jacuzzi and access to another terrace.

You can reach the various levels of the villa, including the external levels, by elevator.

Outdoor spaces:
Another set of steps lead to a series of spectacular terraces with breathtaking views of the sea, the highest of which containing a swimming pool, 6m x 14m, and a bar area for refreshments, two outside hot water showers, wi-fi access, sun terraces and 2000 sqm of gardens flourishing with the typical Mediterranean flora.
The pool is equipped with a salt‑water purification system, which keeps the water naturally clean and gentle on the skin. This method avoids the strong smell of traditional chlorine and offers a more pleasant and refreshing swimming experience.

Also there is a sauna on request.

Our structure can now have an additional 150 square meters of outdoor spaces, equipped for the relaxation and well-being of guests.

The terrace has a modern 5/6 seater heated whirlpool tub with its solarium.

In the shaded part there is now a large sofa that can comfortably accommodate 6/7 people, protected from sunlight by an elegant wooden structure and sheets.

There are also two equipped furniture, one with a mini bar and sink, the other one with food compartments and a snack top.

All the rooms have air conditioning and central heating.
