We had an embarrassing moment. We had a toilet emergency and the toilet was not working. How the maid missed that when cleaning the room for check in? Check in was a bit slow too. Everything was clean, breakfast meets standards. Walking distance to Cupe beach. To go to Porto's town for shops and restaurants, you need a car or Uber.

Reservei um quarto quádruplo, mas só havia três camas. O hotel providenciou a cama faltante, mas não deixou uma quarta toalha. Ademais, o quarto só foi liberado às 15h00, quando deveria ser às 14h00.

Na primeira noite nos colocaram num quarto muito inferior ao contratado | café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, sentimos a falta de um simples ovo mexido e banana | Tivemos problemas com ar condicionado e não foi resolvido | Não existe área para fumantes dentro do hotel, fumantes tem que se arriscar na rua, fora do hotel e sem uma bituqueira.
