Having staff more considerate to the guests. I woke up with very loud noise by 7:00 am with them working close to our room. May if the kitchen staff pay more attention to the guests needs at breakfast instead being talking to themselves and just paying attention to their cellphones would be better.

Our room was really smelly, it smelled like sewage so badly that we had to change rooms (thankfully they accommodated us on that). There was construction on site which made it a noisy environment. The outside vicinity smells as well like swamp. We were disappointed because we were expecting more from the way the property was presented on Expedia.

Quarto horrível, cheiro ruim, ar condicionado não gela , fiz reclamação e mudaram de quarto e continuava a mesma coisa com o ar-condicionado e o cheiro. Lembrando que porto de galinhas é muito quente e eles não estão nem aí para o ar condicionado que não fica frio. Café da manhã deixa a desejar só de poderia ser melhor pelo valor da diáriia.
