A mixed view of my stay here

The reception check in was fantastic and very helpful. I have stayed at the hotel three times and have always liked it and is a convenient location for tube and airport connections. However, the morning of check out I asked the lady to charge my phone as my plug was not suitable, I came back 30 minutes later and saw that the phone had not charged, I thought strange but these things can happen. An hour later I asked the same lady again, it was important I had battery on the phone, I came back a while later and AGAIN the phone had not been charged, I checked on the second occasion that there was a connection and the phone had started to charge, she obviously took the phone out and would not charge the phone. Very disappointing.

Razoável, tive alguns transtornos falta de informações importantes no site de reserva que informava que o mesmo tinha estacionamento so naobinformava a necessidade de pagamento de taxa eztra para o uso do mesmo, comunicação confusa na recepção do hotel, transtorno ao tentar estacionar o carro, depois de pagar o estacionamento do hotel o carro não coube no mesmo, ao solicitar estorno fui orientada a espera no caso de consumação para estornar depois, depois descobri que como não fiz o estorno na hora preciso entrar em contato com a ouvidoria do hotelnpara solicitar, quanto com aspecto de sujo, pintura com umidade e manchas de água, faltou água durante a estadia, solicitei travisseiros extras e nao tinha, precisei pega na recepção toalhas, cobertores e piso para banho por não ter disponível no quarto, café da manhã com suco artificial, sem suco de frutas, sem opções para intolerante a lactose meu caso...

Bom custo benefício

O hotel está bem localizado, tem bom custo benefício, mas precisa melhorar na manutenção - o elevador que levava ao 7 andar estava quebrado - tivemos que subir com as malas pela escada - e amanhecemos sem água, só foi normalizar quando já saímos do hotel às 7:30. Os atendentes são ótimos e gentis, disso preciso falar.

O lençol da cama estava usado e pedi para trocar. Pedi mais dois travesseiro pois os mesmos estavam muito baixos e não fomos atendido. O banheiro não tinha box nem cortina parecia que estava em reforma, durante o banho ficava totalmente inundado.

Custo-benefício Bom e Ótima localização no Recife.

Hotel bom, com bom custo-benefício. A localização é muito boa. Bem próximo do Aeroporto, cerca de 1,5 km. Próximo a restaurantes, como o Parraxaxá do outro lado da Avenida, com ótima comida regional e o McDonald's 24H ao lado do hotel. O café da manhã muito simples, repetitivo. No geral, bem aceitável, para estadias curtas, mas sem grandes pretensões.
