A mixed view of my stay here

The reception check in was fantastic and very helpful. I have stayed at the hotel three times and have always liked it and is a convenient location for tube and airport connections. However, the morning of check out I asked the lady to charge my phone as my plug was not suitable, I came back 30 minutes later and saw that the phone had not charged, I thought strange but these things can happen. An hour later I asked the same lady again, it was important I had battery on the phone, I came back a while later and AGAIN the phone had not been charged, I checked on the second occasion that there was a connection and the phone had started to charge, she obviously took the phone out and would not charge the phone. Very disappointing.

Fiquei no hotel com minhas amigas para o Carnaval. Primeiro, os funcionários todos, todos os dias de mal humor, ríspidos o tempo todo. Liguei dias antes para me certificar se tinha secador no apartamento, fui informada que sim, chegando lá fui avisada de que tinha queimado e iam entrar em contato com a gerente, fiquei por mais de cinco dias e não foi solucionado. Café da manhã péssimo, não aguentava mais comer salsicha, fui comer em uma padaria. Banheiro extremamente pequeno e apertado. Elevador mega lento. Em resumo, não indico

Hotel antigo. Tentando se segurar. Custo barato. Redondeza não muito segura. Estacionamento apenas 17 vagas. Caso lote tem que parar estacionamento parceiro mais caro e tem que andar na redondeza. Café da manhã na diária simples que atende. Não tem luxo.

Horrível!!! Não recomendo ninguém se hospedar nesse hotel... Quarto sujo e banheiros sujos, apenas arrumaram a cama pra receber... Após reclamação, foi trocado quarto e os mesmos problemas, sujeira no quarto e banheiro... Nem sabonete para lavar as mãos não tinha no banheiro.

Razoável. Fomos atendidos com educação pelo recepcionista, porém encontramos escorpiões no quarto, que havíamos acabado de entrar. A cama não era casal, eram duas de solteiros juntas então ficamos desconfortáveis para casal. O banheiro inundava por conta do chuveiro e o cheiro de esgoto era bem forte.
