The lack of decent quality towels was disappointing. The lack of a restaurant or even a coffee shop was also disappointing. Takeout menus in the room would have been very helpful. Being told by staff to google delivery places was annoying. Other than those minor issues I was very happy with the staff and property.

The staff were friendly and informative. We were on the same floor as the sports teams and family, which they were allowed to run up and down the hallway screaming, with no parents around. In the pool the children had no consideration for others, as they canon ball into the water. I don't have an issue with being splashed a bit, but the Mom and baby had to leave, a the baby was soaked and crying. The moms stood against the wall on their phones. My grandchild couldn't use the slide as two older kids pushed him to the side to get with their friends. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, the pillows were not as they were very hard. The fridge was barely cool as it was frosted up. The curtains had stains all over them as well as the wall beside the window. I would stay again but not when sports teams are there.

Very good for the most part. Swimming pool was nice. Breakfast choices a bit limited. Hotel was quiet but located beside a busy street so traffic noise was noticeable.
