First time staying there and very happy with everything. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and nicely appointed. The Diplomat Steakhouse is just a short walk from the hotel and definitely worth checking out. Great experience overall. Highly recommend.

Hotel is beautiful, very friendly staff (reception, restaurant), room very clean and comfortable. They even give us warm cookies upon arrival. Parked in the secure parking garage, would not have felt comfortable parking in front parking lot. Breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food and everything was delicious. We were a little concerned with the location. We did not feel safe walking after dark, even though the restaurant we went to was a 5 min walk away. We chose to dine at the hotel our 2nd night there. During the day, we explored Regina on foot and felt somewhat more comfortable but would not have walked alone.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and usually find it quite pleasant. This time we did not have the same experience. We felt unsafe upon our arrival when there was a woman outside on the bench in front of the hotel doors, who was obviously very intoxicated and talking incoherently to us. During the night there was a group below us that partied all night quite loudly and by 8 am they were tying ropes from either the room above us or the roof top and we were quite nervous that they were trying to climb these ropes and would come onto our balcony which was directly above them. I did contact the front desk to make them aware of the situation. We quickly packed our things and checked out. Upon check out they did ask how our stay was and informed us that they had moved this group to the floor above us as they wished to stay another night. They did not offer any apology for this and I feel for the folks staying in the hotel tonight that are in close proximity of there room. On a positive note, the rooms are clean. I think we will find a new hotel to stay at in Regina the next time we are there.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was awesome with many options. Breakfast is not included but you can purchase it as an add on when you book for $10, and it’s worth it. Without the breakfast voucher we would have had to pay $20 per person. It ended up being $2.50 per head for our family of four. Well worth the excellent breakfast. They had pancakes, poached and scrambled eggs, made to order omelettes, yogurt, a variety of cheeses, croissants, oatmeal, cereal, hashbrowns, fresh fruit like melon and pineapple, olives, smoothies, and more. The service in the restaurant was amazing. The waitresses were very accommodating and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The only complaints we had were that it took 10 minutes of running the water in the room for it to become warm, and parking underground was $20. The area didn’t seem safe so I wouldn’t recommend parking on the street. We would stay here again.
