The entry locks to the rooms are in very bad condition. Our first room could not open with the room key, or the master key. We had to change rooms after the maintenance man opened the door to remove our luggage. A long inconvenience after a long day. The room keys to the new room also did not work. But they could be reprogrammed at the desk to work. Another trip down to the desk after a long day. The sink in the new room had cracks in it. This should not be. The breakfast was very well done and the staff were all great.

Another great stay.

This is our favourite hotel in Regina. The breakfast has many options. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I spoke to the manager on check out to let him know how impressed I was with the cleanliness of our room.
