As a rewards member, I generally get the option of an upgrade or a discount. I was told that wasn't an option this time. The front desk staff was friendly, but for two nights we stayed, I asked for a late checkout on day two, but was still called at 11 and "told" it was time to check out, even though there was no maid service on my floor at the time. Breakfast was decent, the rooms were fine (dated small TV, but whatever) and for the price, I gave it a 4/5 star rating. Recommend for a lower price room on a budget with no pool or hot tub option.

I booked through a third-party site and specifically selected the largest room available—the King Suite. At check-in, I repeatedly confirmed with the front desk that I was getting the correct room and even showed a photo of the listing. The receptionist assured me several times that it was indeed the room I had booked. However, after bringing all my belongings to the room, I realized I had been given a smaller room that did not match my reservation. I returned to the front desk to raise the issue, and the receptionist responded by saying she would “upgrade” me for free. This was frustrating because it wasn’t an upgrade—it was simply the room I had originally booked and paid for. I just wish the receptionist had been honest and acknowledged the mistake. There was no need to lie—I would’ve appreciated transparency over being misled. I didn’t argue further because I was exhausted, 34 weeks pregnant, and just wanted to settle in. Thankfully, I was eventually moved to the correct suite, which matched my original booking. Anyway, the room itself was lovely and spacious enough. I appreciated being able to turn up the air conditioning—it made the stay more comfortable. That said, it was disappointing that there was no free parking and not even a complimentary water bottle provided. The room also felt a bit outdated, and the paint was quite dark, which made the space feel less inviting. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience for others in the future.

Long dark hairs in the bed, I have short brown hair. Bed has a huge sag in the centre which was pretty uncomfortable to sleep on through the night, would highly recommend replacing that mattress as it’s just cooked

Fantastic staff! My sister and I stayed here for the first time. We went to a concert and parked both cars underground. The staff behind the desk was so helpful. They also laughed with us and were our "tourist guides." We will be back!
