Would stay again

Lovely hotel right on the beach boardwalk but not in the noisy busy part. No pool however this was a good thing, as it meant a more relaxed quieter stay. Easy walk to the surf club and shopping area. We were disappointed that the hotel would not store our bags for a few hours after checkout.

I thought there was a pool If I go again I look for hotel with pool. First time at this beach. Had no idea how to get around. Staff could not tell me if there was bus service, shuttle or trolley. No brochures to tell us about activies in the area.

The location with ocean front balcony views was amazing, albeit pricey. Well worth it for us, as we gazed on sunset snd sun rises from our balcony. Very close to the action of Rehoboth, but far enough away to enjoy a less crowded part. Hotel beds comfortable, good hot showers, Soap and shampoo subpar. Parking for SUVs can be challenging when lot is crowded, AC good but noisy.

The staff were helpful both on the phone and in person. My wife, myself, and my 2 toddlers had a great time watching the sunrise from our hotel balcony! The best part besides the parking was being a 1 minute walk to the beach. I hope to come again next time!

The place to stay in Rehoboth

The location can’t be beat! Plus, the service was impeccable! Everyone was so polite and friendly. The room was very clean and towels were replenished daily. Beds were made daily too. We will definitely return to The Henlopen

We’ve stayed here three times. We love the location and the rooms are clean with wonderful views. The only thing we wish we had more towels in our room. We had to ask constantly for towels and when we were given them it was only a mask of four towels and we stayed for five nights. Other than that we had a great time and wonderful stay!

We had a great time beautiful property. It was nice to walk out of your room and be right on the beach. I would’ve liked her to have been a pool as a second option. The staff was wonderful very accommodating.

Excellent location on the end of the boardwalk, more quiet and less crowded. There is limited parking. The AC units in the room need replacing, they work but they are so loud it woke us up at night, in both our rooms

Perfect location. Easy to walk everywhere and beachfront was ideal. Rooms appear bigger on website than reality. Wish there was a fitness center on site. Overall would stay again but would need to pay more for better view than facing a building.

I loved that it was right on the beach and the boardwalk was amazing with so much to eat and good souvenir shopping. The hotel was a little run down and small. There was no workout room or pool nor was there a breakfast. For the price I was hoping for a little more than just a room with a tiny bathroom.
