This hotel is only a few miles from the beach as well as shopping areas. That’s the positive. Walls were very thin and scream screaming kids every night running up and down the halls not appreciated

The hotel located on good area which away from traffic and near by beach and restaurant, parking is plenty enough. My room was the last one available at check in for same type we booked on first floor across from breakfast room which so loud from kids and door open/close in the morning. If stayed on others floor may be better An internet was not available for the night I stayed and the service desk was helpless, only confirm that she do not know how to do anything even I try to do work at lobby but still has no signal! Overall is good, with room size, cleanliness, and in room amenities but no water (only for sale from vending machine)

If you are a pet owner this is your hotel, I did not notice that when booking the hotel so that is my fault. However, we do not own any pets so the smell of pet urine in the hallways was pretty obvious and not pleasant. Additionally the first room we were given smelled of mold and there was either a urine or vomit stain in the carpet, a severely stained couch and black stuff on the lamp shades. We promptly asked for another room. Cindy was very helpful and accommodated us with another room which had better carpeting and was a bit cleaner however the refrigerator did not cool our beverages and the toilet barely flushed. The fitted sheet was put on the bed inside out but other than that it was better than the last room we were given. The pool looks bigger in the pictures on here than it actually is in person. The free breakfast was a plus, the waffles were good. The hotel is in walking distance to Dewey Beach which was great. Probably wouldn’t stay at this hotel again if I were to return even though it is super close to the beach simply because of the pets allowed.

Okay stay

Property is within walking distance of beach but it is no frills. It looks a little out dated and some of the furniture is broken. But I did feel safe and it was mostly clean. The staff was excellent and friendly. The high price represents your proximity to the beach and nothing more.

The property itself was satisfactory. The dining staff demonstrated a strong work ethic and provided excellent service throughout my stay. However, I did encounter some issues with the swimming pool towels, which went unreplenished for two consecutive days. Additionally, the bathroom supplies, specifically body wash and toilet paper, were running low and ultimately ran out on the same day. I had to request more, but I received it promptly. Overall, my experience was adequate, although I believe the price of over $200 per night could be more competitive.
